Nice hotel in a walking distance to a center.

The hotel is located in the walking distance to the center of the town. Recently renovated. Each room have individual creative design. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel. Good pizzeria with wood oven is in the same building. There is a paid public parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good though on Saturday morning a bit crowded.

While designs are cool, not all of it is use friendly like you can't open a bathroom door while using an electric kettle etc. Minor things, nothing important.

Pokoj byl příjemně zařízen a moderně vybaven. Zajímavé uspořádání koupelny s proskleným výhledem do pokoje.

Kapacita restaurace, kde se podávala snídaně, byla zcela nedostatečná. Čekali jsme asi 15-20 minut s malým dítětem ve frontě, než se uvolnil stůl. Poté, co jsme byli usazeni ke stolu, bylo zřejmé, že personál nestíhá doplňovat ani základní potřeby - scházely talíře, máslo aj. K dispozici byl pouze jeden kávovar na velké množství lidí, kteří se navíc pohybovali při snídani na velmi málem prostoru. Pohodovou snídani v grand hotelu si představuji jinak. Po 2 večery jsem navštívila restauraci na večeři. V obou případech to bylo spíše zklamání. Výběr jídel velmi skromný. Pro alergiky není z čeho vybírat. Ceny přemrštěné. Ráda si příplatím za kvalitu, ale aperitiv a polévka celkem za 500 Kč, přičemž polévky nebylo mnoho, to v ČR jen tak nenajdete. Dezert, který jsem si objednala, nakonec nebyl k mání. Čili, pokud se nebudete u Pilouna stravovat, ušetříte si patrně nepříjemnosti. Pokoj jako takový byl víceméně v pořádku. Co vás ale nejspíš zarazí, je, že vám při příchodu nabídnou prominutí parkovacího poplatku výměnou za 10 bodů na Bookingu. S tím, že musí luxusní hotel získávat 10bodová hodnocení tímto způsobem a nedokáže si je zajistit skutečnou kvalitou poskytovaných služeb, s tím jsme se setkali poprvé. Bohužel těch poprvé bylo nakonec příliš, proto toto hodnocení. Je to zároveň první negativní recenze, kterou na Bookingu píšu. Moje ostatní pobyty byly naštěstí skutečně za 10 bodů - i bez úplatků.

I would stay there again

Good location . Easy to get to the town centre. Interesting decor.

Had to cross a busy road to reach the car park from the hotel and vice versa.

Very modern and great location, but very small and cramped rooms

Very modern room, great bathroom, excellent breakfast.

Room small and very dense with too much chairs, minibar full do u cant put your water bottle in. Check-in at 2pm, no chance even an hour earlier.

Positive attitude from staff at reception and restaurant. Great meals from menu and excellent breakfast. Nice room.

A bit of precision from restaurant staff (small hiccup with order but compensated). Crazy wide bedside in otherwise well designed room. Trams leaving/ returning to depo in night hours if you have opened window (but fallback to air-con was possible)

Nice hotel near a ski slope

We spent here a really nice week. Family 2+2. Hotel has a nice design, is located near the city center and near the aqua park and IQLand. Just a few minute walk. A few minute drive from the ski slope. Room was clean and big. The restaurant is nice. Both breakfast and dinner were of a really good quality. The waiters in the main restaurant are really friendly. I’d definitely go back to this hotel.

Not a huge deal but there was a plate with sweets in our room. The sheet of paper with prices was under all the sweets on the plate. Feels a bit like hotel is trying to deceive you hiding the information you have to pay for certain stuff. Also, there’s a coffee machine with coffee caps with no information it’s an additional fee. The information is there on the sheet under the sweets. I find it funny. I have no problem with paying for extra things. Just be transparent about it. It leaves a bit of a bad impression after otherwise a really good stay at the hotel. One more thing is that a bartender at the lobby seems like he’s not really enjoying his job. Not the nicest person in the world.

Friendly staff, nice food and clean/comfortable rooms

Everything you need with good food. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Our rate differed slightly from booking.com’s rate. We were not aware that you had to pay extra for the coffee pods in the room.

Great location, very friendly helpful staff. Had dinner on the 2nd Night of our stay which was enjoyable. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the design rooms, really nice Recommended for those looking for somewhere to stay in Liberec. Stylish and cool place.

The location is nice near to the city center, mall and many bars and restaurants.

the check-in process is,since years, too long and painfully at every visit with ID and pre payment and deposit 80€…. fresh orange juice was removed from the breakfast

A bit outside of the city center.

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. My room was upgraded.

Trams rattle in front and behind the hotel almost non-stop. Forget about sleeping with an open window. There is no shower screen or curtain in the bathroom, which means your bathroom is a swimming pool in no-time. The temperature of the water cannot be controled : it goes from scorching hot to cold every few seconds. The hotel is quite a walk from the city center. There are no cafés or restaurants within walking distance. The parking is rather expensive for what you get : an unguarded piece of unbuilt land opposite of the hotel.

Modern, comfortable hotel with great breakfast

When you check in after 2pm, you are greeted with tapas at the reception and coupons for welcome drinks. Breakfast is great as it has a big selection of food which is even prepared right next to you. Employees were very helpful, attentive and hard-working. If you're into it, there's a free pool table as well. The rooms have everything you might need. Hotel is located literally 5 mins walk from train/bus station and the city center/shopping malls. There is a nearby tram/bus stop if you want to go to Ještěd or the zoo.

These are very minor things we thought could serve as tips to improve the room we stayed in. Otherwise, guests have nothing to worry about. Specifically in our design room (520 | Hawaiian Snow) the electric sockets were in hard to reach places. You had to climb on the bed to charge your phone :) It would be better to have extra sockets near the table or the armchair. In the bathroom, more towel/bathrobe hangers could have been nice.

It was a good and clean hotel over all

The room was clean. I could tell, we had our dog with us, that have allergy and she wasn’t reaction to the carpet.

When we was in the restaurant for breakfast, we needed to get the sixed plate, because the others was dirty.

Superb

I like the breakfasts which were excellent. It was great that everything was close to the hotel (city centre, bus station, train station, shops,...).

I didn't like that car parking was not included in the price (that was not clear from information on booking.com and it is paid per the whole day, not per hours). Hotel is surrounded by parking zones (they are valid from 8 am to 6 pm in working day) and it was not possible to buy the parking ticket for them one day in advance (one has to get up in the morning and buy the ticket in the morning).
