Nice location, bring your own coffeemaker!

- nice location with some restaurants at walking distance - walking trails nearby - spacious apartment - we could bring our dog

- no coffeemaker, filter or what so ever. We asked for it but they said we could use instant coffee:(( - we were not so lucky with our neighbors. One side used our terrace as the pass through even when we were sitting there. The others arrived really late (way through midnight) and were not aware of us below them.

Great house with good view.

The house was quiet and had a great view. The breakfast was delivered each morning and was huge. The house was comfortable and clean.

The house is at the end of a dead end road, quite far from any restaurants or anything. No issue if you have a car though.

very enjoyable vacation

The house is great for hosting large groups. We were 6 adults and 8 children. It was enough space for everyone. Most of the rooms include a private toilet and showers. A lot of valuable facilities for different ages and interests: jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, play station, toys room. The kitchen and eating space are large and well-equipped. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The indoor heating was ok, despite the cold temperature outside (-10C)

1. We arrived in the middle of heavy snowfall and it was difficult to get in and out of the parking. 2. In my opinion, the lighting is working ok, but the luminosity is not sufficient, especially in the rooms on the second floor and the living room. 3. The house is intended for a large group of people, so in the winter I wish it was also a drier and additional drying facility. 4. Pool table and sticks need maintenance. 5. According to the property policy, the towels were replaced only once during the 6-night stay

Disappointing

I liked the nature around, the location and the speed of the internet.

The floor in the entire apartment was ice cold. It was very cold there, I almost got ill and so did our dog. The only source of heat was a fireplace with a limited amount of wood, which you had trouble even lighting, because if you didn't have your own lighter, you were done. The wood was thick, so they had a problem even starting a fire, since there was nothing there to start a fire with. There was also little wood, after calling the reception I was told that they didn't have any more wood and that the underfloor heating was regulated to 22 degrees, although the thermometer in the hall showed 18-19 degrees. After a dialogue with the reception, the lady brought us more wood, which was wet, and it was also a problem to light up the fire. The lady also acknowledged that the floor is ice cold and that they can't do anything with the heat because of course it's New Year's Eve and the repairman would only come when we're leaving in 2 days, which seemed inconceivable to me that we should be in cold apartment and sleep like that, because when the fireplace burned down at night, it was extremely cold inside. The sauna was rusty and bad to look at, the water supply in the sauna was also broken, so a big disappointment, the price-quality ratio, I expected much more for almost €700 for 2 nights!

Fantastic germ

Amazing, quiet location, basically dead end street, and very close to Strazyska Valley. Every time we went to the city center we were allowed to leave our car at the other property which is located steps away from the center. Property was really clean, comfortable, and breakfast with a big variety of food breakfast exceeded our expectations. Staff is super friendly, and we absolutely loved the sauna! We definitely will be coming back.

WiFi was often disconnecting or was very slow. Not a very big deal, but can be a bit annoying. Also, it should be specified that sauna is shared with the guests from the apartment.

Apartment was very comfty and spaciouse, kids did not want to leave. Breakfast was really nice and fresh, delivered in the morning

Amazing location, spacious, comfortable beds, great amenities and stunning views!!!

The location and the views were AMAZING. Having access to parking close to the center of town was an added bonus. Overall we loved staying at Delta House.

I did not like that it was not effectively communicated how to get access to the property. It was extremely frustrating to arrive at the property with no keys. The confirmation email had a "code" and I assumed that this would give us access to a lockbox or something. Unfortunately, we had to drive back down and pick up the keys at a nearby office. This should have been communicated prior. I found this to be our only issue of concern.

Very good

it was snowing and cold so we stayed at the house and we had lots of things to do such as play room for the girls, billiard..

the beds were uncomfortable. the jacuzzi didn’t warm up enough so we could go in.

Everything was just amazing! We felt so comfortable there and had so much fun we did not need even leave the place. Every room nice and clean, amazing customer service, delicious breakfast. TOP!

Fabulous House Near the National Park, Very Comfortable, Clean and Warm

Beautifully decorated house, very clean, very warm and comfortable. We had to pay extra for breakfast as we booked before it was included in the price. However, it was very reasonably priced and we had LOADS of food, almost too much! The owners were flexible when we arrived early and let us into the property early. The coffee machine was a nice bonus as was the sauna and hot tub in the basement. We are already planning to return.

These are very small gripes as we loved the house. As others have mentioned the kitchen was under equipped to cook for 12 people. There was only 3 small pans and the oven was a very small combi micro/grill/oven. As it was a bit of challenge to get food delivered as we were out of town, being able to rustle up a big chilli for everybody after skiing would have been nice. I did contact the office to ask if they could supply some additional cookware but they weren't able to help. There were loads of plates, cups etc., so really it was just cooking equipment.

Superb

The annex was an overflow for us from the main house so the friends staying here spent most of their time in the big house with us. They were very happy with the annex, it was very comfortable and there was a sauna in the garden.

The only tiny moan and its probably my fault, I may have only booked for two guests, the second bedroom wasn't made up. We thought we would need the extra room but managed without it. As I say probably my fault.

a real cosy, wonderful place to enjoy zakopone

the breakfast was incredible - lots of variety. promptly delivered to door daily. great location - easy to walk to main shopping area. close to ski hills.

A lot of noise from apartment above - light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs .

Superb

We were travelling few families together, so it was very comfortable for us to have own bathroom for each room. Everything was clean and tidy: kitchen and all equipment, fridge, bathrooms, rooms.
