Comfortable beds and clean room nice bathrooms.

Booked 2 adjoining rooms but they weren't really adjoining as you had to go out of the main super heavy fire door and into a little hallway to move between the two, it wasn't practical at all for staying with children as they couldn't even open the door. Cot wasn't placed in room as requested and it was hard to find someone on reception.

The parking options around the hotel are highly contested, inconvenient, expensive, or all three. Bathroom cleanliness and maintenance needs some work. Fridge was oddly cold (froze our milk and food).

The reception staff is a very friendly lady. The room meets my expectation very well. It's clean and tidy, with a view of a big tree. The studio has a modern kitchen and a large size of fridge, which is better than other hotels we lived in the Perth recently. Another good point, the room is excellent soundproof.

Good management for service and cleaness. Clise to a well known park called Kings Park where is absolutely fantastic and breath taking views.

Everything was perfect but a little bit of smile on staff would be nicer. Over all it has been very awesome. 2 thumbs up.

the oven didn’t just have baked on food but half of whatever had been cooked in it before. the dishes needed to be cleaned before use.

Checked in late(midnight) and did not receive email with instructions on how to check-in after hours. Spent about half an hour trying to figure out how to get my room keys. Called the number on phone provided - no response. Asked to leave a message. It’s midnight and my first night (time) in Perth - not a very good experience. My room was not cleaned even once during my stay. They came once and I sled for cleaning the next day. None done , in spite of seeing the cleaning carts in the corridors.

Location was ideal for us as needed an early start at Mount Hospital next morning and only few minutes walk. Staff excellent and allowed me a little extra time in room after I had dropped my husband at Hospital as I had long wait for him.

Parking is probably the biggest issue for this complex, nowhere that close that we could see for night meals unless you order urbereats or something or go for a drive. Nothing within the room to guide you on facilities, breakfast or dining. Shower was very noisy, sounded like water pressure issues, keep the tap low

My friend and I shared an executive studio and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well designed and modern with a small but well equipped kitchenette. The reception and housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful and we were super impressed that the room was serviced daily (except for Sundays and public holidays) during a time when a lot of hotels and serviced apartments are not providing this service! It's close to the Mount Hospital and if you want to visit Kings Park, it's just in front of Jacob's Ladder (242 steps).

The only issue is that there is no parking on site - we used a combination of the 1 hour metered street parking ($5 per hour and free on Sundays and public holidays) and the Wilson car parking station ($25 per 24 hours) a 10 minute walk away.
