Tudo. Simplesmente, o melhor lugar que ficamos na Ásia até em tão. Cama confortável, móveis lindos, decoração do quarto e do hotel surpreendente. Staff muito gentil.
Um lugar que voltaríamos várias vezes.
Nada.

A little oasis in a remote location. The grounds where beautifully kept, and plants taken care of. As though they are really in touch with nature.
The star are very welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and your needs are met.
I came with 3 children, age 12 months, 14 and 16. The room we were placed in initially was nearest to the swamp (of murky pond as it did have fish in it). The room seemed to attract a lot of Mosquitos, which could not be helped in this location as it is like you’re in the jungle and gets very noisy with critters in the evening. The rooms did not come with any facilities such as kettle tea or coffee, however, this was supplied in the kitchen but if you wanted a latte this had to be paid for at additional cost. The rooms are not as bright and light as pictured. The floors are concrete
The location was so remote that you required a TukTuk which we paid 100 baht each way or you have the option to rent a scooter which I recommend to get something to eat or go to the nearest 7/11. Me and my daughter walked one day, and I do not recommend this walk at all. It took us approximately 40 minutes to get to the nearest restaurant or shop and you are passed by locals on bikes who slowed down and some seemed to drive in our direction on the hard shoulder itself, with blades for chopping trees on their bikes. It was scary and like a scene out of the purge. Hence scooter or TukTuk is really advised.
Would have been nice for the Green Pepper to do cooking with mon like the YouTube videos, but sadly because it was low season, they where having a break so we had no other option to pay daily to eat. Hence we cut our stay short from 2 weeks initially planned to 5 days which I think is about enough here.

Very friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to cater to your needs in terms of organizing transportation to get to restaurants or shops if not renting a scooter. The grounds are well maintained with an array of plants and palm trees with a bohemian vibe.
The mattresses where not that comfortable, so it lacked in comfort and simple facilities in the room such as a hair dryer, kettle tea / coffee. The shampoo had a funny peppery smell.
Although you could help yourself to water and tea in the dining area, however coffee had to be paid for.
The location is very remote, and without scooters or a Tuk Tuk it is a 40 minute walk to the nearest shop or restaurant. In the heat it is unbearable, or you can be caught in a monsoon downpour, no in between. I do not recommend this walk at all. Me and my daughter did this one day, and we did not feel safe walking along those remote roads.
Tuk Tuk can be arranged for $100 baht each way which is what I paid if you are not renting a scooter.
Rooms attracted quite a lot of mosquitoes. But location cannot be helped. So stock up on the DEET and repellant.

Naati was super kind, friendly and welcoming. The whole indoor outdoor atmosphere was really chill, with lots of hammocks and other comfy seats to relax in. Tried the smoothie bowl for breakfast and it was killer.
The location, while nice and secluded, was a fair distance from the main road. With a scooter, this is no problem (and green pepper has many available for rent at a reasonable price) but the 20 minute walk to the nearest restaurant in the heat of the day isn't that pleasant. Perhaps for people who don't want to rent a scooter the whole time, it would be nice if there were some free bicycles available to get around the neighborhood more easily.

Well maintained space, chill areas and great relaxing vibe
The property is somewhat isolated which can also be an advantage

This place was home to me, as a solo traveller, this was a welcome rare gem of a find. The warm hosts, stuff & guests. Lovely garden & your own outdoor space with a hammock. Stylish interior design. Having both the fan and the AC! A very helpful & informative guide on local attractions & restaurants! And the kickass coffee & breakfast.
Absolutely nothing

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, air con in room very good, room in general comfortable.
Bathroom was not up to standard at all, felt like stepping into a different accommodation. Ants everywhere in the bathroom and just facilities in the bathroom in general not good at all.

Best place to stay at Koh Lanta, in our opinion! We loved this place so much, so we simply kept on extending our stay. Central location, nicely decorated rooms (we’ve seen them almost all), quiet en beautiful garden. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They really know how to make your stay as pleasant, as homy and as personal as possible. of. Owners are very charming and outgoing, tip: have a look at their youtube channel! They post some awesome stuff about their family life and the culture. All together, a must go to!

Amazing and cozy accommodation, very green, in the middle of the nature.
The room was pretty and it had everything we needed.
The hosts are very kind and helpful, especially Natty who is so sweet and ready to help anytime.
All was great. :)

Beautiful place with tasteful interior surrounded by a lush green garden. The owners as well as the manager are really lovely, caring and helpful. I loved the coffee in the morning! I personally enjoyed that it's tucked away and yet still close to everything. They also provide scooter rentals, which was convenient.
The walls are pretty thin, which means you will hear your neighbours from the other room.

We loved our stay at Green Pepper!
A green, tropical, queit and beautiful small resort in the middle of the island. Everything was lush and green with beautiful greenery and flowers. Short scooter trip (scooter supplied on-site) to both sides of the island, with beaches and restaurants easily accessible a within few minutes.
Owners made is feel really welcome, and took great care of us. They supplied us with great tips for places to see and eat. Some of our best experiences on the island we had from the tips given to us.
Unfortunately no breakfast was available at the time of our stay (low season), but we had great coffee!
Rooms were really nice and clean and tastefully decorated.

lovely and clean, with lots of spaces to chill out outside. Absolutely lovely hosts! We did a cookery class with Mon which was exceptional, and lots of other activities suggested by Maayan: can highly suggest the boating and kayaking tour.

amazing little stay with beautiful communal areas and garden. The rooms were very nice and clean too! The hosts were super nice and soo helpful, even booking tours for us!
little out the way if you don’t ride a scooter…. but if you like a bit of peace and quiet in the evening it is well worth it!

Very big rooms with really nice interior, friendly hosts, nice atmosphere and pretty central. Can rent motorbikes there.
Motorbike did its job, but don't expect a super new model, definitely check if everything is working beforehand.

The trees and plants that surrounds the accommodation, a true oasis! They offer really nice smoothie bowls for extra charge and coffee. The communal areas are very nice to chill. Maayan has created such a lovely space and she will tell you a lot about the local life and give you recommendations about activities on the island. I really enjoyed my stay here and I’m sure I will be back
It’s located away from all the bars and restaurants in the middle of the island on a dark road so definitely have a scooter

I loved this place, in the middle of the island so a great base to explore.
The hosts make it though, they are super kind and high-spirited, and their kids are cute as punch.
They even have a YouTube channel where they talk about life on the island.
I'll definitely return if I come back to Koh Lanta.
I liked everything.

It was a lovely place to stay for a few days. We had the 2 bedroom unit which was great as a family.
The staff are super friendly and the smoothie bowls at breakfast are delicious :)
The owners are lovely and very knowledgable about the area, they kindly shared lots of ideas of things we could do and places we could go. A lovely few days and would definitely return.
The owners made sure they were there at check in and couldn't have been more helpful!

Amazing staff, chill atmosphere. Clean rooms and quiet area. Useful information given at arrival make the stay super enjoyable.
Location not optimal for people who want to walk. Dangerous at night with the dogs. You need a scooter.

Where to start! We had the most amazing stay at Green Pepper. Maayan and Mon are the best hosts, making you feel like friends from the moment you arrive - they were so helpful in suggesting places to visit and restaurants to try out...all of which were brilliant. They helped book all our trips (kayaking with Farid, Phi Phi Islands and 4 Islands tour) and were even kind enough to help us with our onward journey too.
We really liked the communal vibe at Green Pepper, eating breakfast and drinking in the evenings with our guests was lovely and we really enjoyed meeting lots of new people. Nat makes an excellent smoothie bowl in the mornings...don't miss it!
We already can't wait to go back :)
Nothing at all!

We stayed here for 5 nights and had an overall lovely time in Koh Lanta.
The Green pepper is located a bit off the main road up the hill so it was quiet - but you definitely need a scooter/car to get around. We rented one from them for a good price and when we asked if we could change the scooter because the first one was to small and weak for our taste, they changed it to a wave click.
The first two nights we stayed at the bigger family bungalow, but as we got the bungalow in the middle of two others, it was a bit too noisy for us. We have a light sleep and the walls/doors were for our taste a bit too thin and you can hear the neighbours. We were lucky and they weren’t fully booked so we moved to one of the smaller bungalows which had no neighbours at the time.
The coffee and the breakfast was great! Also the whole staff was super friendly and helpful.
In summary: Green Pepper is a good place to spend your days in Koh Lanta
They offer room service only every 3 days with the intention to reduce waste by not changing the bed sheets too often. That’s very good but as we had only one small bin the bathroom and it filled up quickly we had to ask them to at least change those daily. We suggest to have a daily cleaning for the bins and the floor as they get sandy quickly.
As written above, the family bungalows had quiet thin walls and so have the other smaller bungalows. The last day we spent there, neighbours moved in and we clearly heard them singing and talking. If you are sensitive as we are you might want to ask for a bungalow at the corner and they try to help you out.
We also had a problem with insects strangely visiting our clean bathroom. The bathroom floor was totally wiped and cleaned but somehow we found huge dead cockroaches lying there on the floor every few hours. We cleaned them up every time and told the owners about it - they deeply apologised and were looking into that matter. We hope they found out why there were dead cockroaches appearing on the bathroom floor. Very weird and disgusting but as this is a tropical country and the GP is located up the hill in the country side it is always likely you encounter unwanted visitors ;)

Great hosts - a very nice and friendly atmosphere. They help you with everything. The hotel is not at the beach but with a scooter you are fine.

Have you ever imagined what it would be like if your good friend had a warmly run place to stay and host you? Green pepper is this place and the owner helps you in everything as your best friend would. Relaxing atmosphere, laid-back vibe, amazing breakfast and best local tips for discovering the island. Definitely the best choice!
