We had to collect the keys from a different location to the accommodation but the owner was nice and friendly and it wasn't too far. The unit itself was good value, clean with great kitchen facilities and plenty of space for the 2 of us. It was very close to a major grocery store which was great for self catering. Parking close by out the front was great.

The area itself was a bit daunting with some sketchy people getting around which made the walk to the grocery shop a bit threatening but this wasn't the fault of the accommodation.

A very cosy studio flat with everything at your disposal for a lovely stay. It is conveniently located to shops - Lidl, Tesco extra and the major attractions in London - Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Big Ben, etc. as well as to Greenwich. There are very good transport links - buses, Overground, Jubilee line from Canada water station. Very kind host - replies quickly to your answers. Thank you for everything!

the key collection isn’t particularly convenient and our keys had been given to someone else who was already in the apartment and had to be removed. was resolved on around an hour, but not a good situation. could be a bit cleaner but certainly not offensive.

Very friendly reception from Nas, who walked me to the property and told me about the neighbourhood. The apartment is on a quiet road and had everything we needed for our short stay, including a brand new travel cot which was really appreciated! The apartment was very clean and the pull out bit on the couch was useful for my baby to crawl around on. Would definitely recommend as a great place for a couple or small family for a stay in London

The place is clean and cosy and has good amenities. It is quite near (about 10mins walk) to Surrey Quays station and bus stop is really near if you do not feel like walking. There's supermarkets nearby too so it was convenient to get groceries. Host is really nice to talk to as well. Sofa bed is big and nice to lie on.

Hot water sometimes runs out but after awhile it will return.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. We were going to a rave at the printworks which was within walking distance and the apartment had everything we needed to be able to cook and have pre drinks on the day and night before.

Collecting the key's, the address we were given was for a shop which was shut when we arrived. I was blocking traffic and had to wait for owner to come he did explain that the last guests had left late so the cleaner was still round doing her job. A combination lock box outside the door of the apartment would be better.

Very clean. Warm. Even had heated towel rack. TV and small kitchen. Nice area. One minute away from Lidl.

The apartment is very comfortable and very clean, with a double bed, a sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table. It has all the amenities, both in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, hand soap) and in the kitchen (cutlery, plates, glasses, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, even aluminium foil, tea bags, sugar...) and two radiators, thanks to which we were not cold at all. Well located, in zone 1 of London public transport’s network, in a quiet residential street, close to a Lidl supermarket, about 2 or 3 minutes from bus stops, and about 10 minutes from Surrey Quay station. We took the bus 188 or 47 towards the more central locations, such as the City, Tower Bridge, Borough Market or Waterloo, London Eye, etc and communications were very good. In the surrounding area, apart from the Lidl, there are several convenience stores and restaurants or takeaways. There is a huge Tesco in Surrey Quays Station. The hosts, very attentive and helpful. They responded very quickly and positively to any request or question. Definitively, a great option to stay in London.
