Tiny room. The bed felt dirty. The towels in the shower had a weird smell. No free drinkable water in the room. The lobby smelled of cigarettes.

There are so many good hotels in Hanoi but this is outstanding. Staff are very friendly, always willing to help customers.I've been there with my girlfriend and everyone was so nice without being intrusive.

I chossing Coco Hotel Hanoi many time for my business trip in Hanoi. The hotel has good good value and really friendly staff. Thank you and see you next month!

Vị trí thuận tiện.

Phòng mình ở không có view như hình. Ồn ào, ầm ĩ. Máy bơm kêu to. Nhân viên nữ sáng sớm nói chuyện rất to khiến mình giật mình tỉnh giấc. Lạch cạch lạch cạch cả buổi sáng chắc dọn dẹp phòng bên cạnh. Trong phòng có duy nhất 2 chai nước lọc trong tủ lạnh. Mình đi đâu cũng free 2 chai nước. Thường thì mình k bao giờ uống. Nhưng vì hôm đó bị ốm nên uống thuốc nên mới cần nước lọc. Trả phòng nhân viên yêu cầu thanh toán 2 chai nước 50k vì kêu là quy định cứ nước trong tủ lạnh là 50k. Mình có nêu rõ vấn đề, thấy mình cũng căng thẳng nên bạn ấy định ko lấy tiền nữa. Nhưng mình vẫn trả đủ. Nhưng tất nhiên ko thoải mái rồi.

CoCo Hanoi Hotel, it really did feel like a home away from home. The location is awesome! The hotel and room was so comfortable and clean! But the best part about it is the staff! They made me feel like we were part of their family! They were so welcoming and helpful ! I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time we are in Hanoi!

This is a terrible service hotel. I had booked this hotel 2 days before my arrival, booking process has no issue, they even texted me to confirm my booking information. However, check-in time is 2.PM, at 1.PM they texted me that all rooms are full and no room available for me anymore. Then I called them to ask directly, to see what’s happening, all I got was attitude:) There are always many hotel with the same price range but treat you the right way. So I do not recommend this hotel.

One of many good hotels on a perfect location. Very friendly staff.

I booked an extra big bed, and I got a small bed. The sheets had hairs. There wasn’t hot water in the shower. There was dust everywhere, on the floor, on the bed sides. The division between the bathroom and the bedroom is made of glass with very bad taste

Ban đầu vào phòng mùi điều hoà chưa khởi động lại nên hơi khó chịu, có nhắc nhở lễ tân và sau quay lại thì ok r ạ

So if you are coming into Hanoi and want to experience the city. wow this is the place to be… Hotel is beautiful and have such warm and friendly staff… they would help you and speak with you so nicely… Wonderful rooms and was surprised that even with such busy area this was quite and so charming …

Nhân viên lễ Tân bạn nam đeo kính tóc rẽ ngôi giữa tuy nhỏ tuổi mà ko lễ phép , ko chào hỏi khách và khách hỏi ko trả lời . Phòng mình ko có giấy vệ sinh xuống hỏi bạn xin giấy , thái độ của bạn rất khó chụi , bạn nói NV dọn phòng chiều mỗi ngày dọn phòng nếu thiếu thì nói họ đưa . Ủa vậy ko lẽ chiều nào khách cũng phải ở trong phòng chờ NV dọn phòng để lấy giấy vệ sinh ??? Và từ hôm đó phòng tôi hết giấy chúng tôi tự đi mua bên ngoài vì ko thích tiếp xúc với bạn đó . Còn mấy bạn nữ OK nhẹ nhàng nhờ cái giúp liền .

As much as it was far away from the Old Quarter, I still like that it was in a quiet and secluded area. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room cleaning service is not the best. Kept finding several strands of hair, stains in the bathroom, also a strong odour in the toilet and old equipment that has reached end of life. During our stay, we had to go out and buy some items such as body wash and hand soap because the hotel would not provide this after the room service. Before we left we asked them to discount the charge of the mini bar since we had to go out and buy these item but they did not agree.

The hotel has a good location, beautiful views. Easy to get around by car, many restaurants around, enthusiastic receptionist, nice clean room. I will come back here again.

View đẹp, thoáng. Giá cả phải chăng, nhân viên nhiệt tình

mình bị trộm mất đồ trong phòng, yêu cầu nhân viên xử lý thì nhận lại những câu trả lời " em không biết" "anh muốn xử lý thế nào" trong khi mình mới là người cần biết họ sẽ xử lý thế nào thì họ lại hỏi ngược lại mình. Đến khi kết thúc thì họ vẫn không có một phương án thoả đáng và để mình ra về trong bực tức . điển hình là câu nói của bạn lễ tân" kể ra mất tiền mất vàng thì nghe còn đáng giá, chứ những cái nhỏ này thì ..." thật sự quá thất vọng đồ dùng của tôi cũng là mua bằng tiền mà bạn lại nói như thể tôi nhặt được vậy . Kinh điển hơn nữa là mất hẳn 2 ngày liên tiếp trong khi hôm trước mới nhắc nhở mất đồ xong hôm sau lại mất tiếp thật là quá đáng sợ. Càm giác vừa ngủ vừa sợ .

I like the bed because it is big and comfortable.
