Room clean, large and comfortable. Nice and quiet . Staff very helpful. If I came to Barrow again I would most definitely stay here again .

The only issue is with car parking. There are pay and display car parks close by, but you cannot put money into them in the evening in order to buy time the following morning - you have to go out and pay at 8.00am. That's an issue with the ticket machines rather than with the hotel, though.

The room was spot on but the bed was to hard for us we slept on top of the quilt but i can tell you this for the price its top draw and the air con was one of those unexpected gems. But the pub bit was scruffy and the carpets were very dirty in places. Food was very good and the outside area was very nice to being protected from the seagulls with a netting. I will say this we will be back again.

Bed was lovely and big but just to hard for me and my wife we both have medical conditions and that's not your fault you can't please everybody all of the time.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. It had nice extra touches - water, hot chocolate, biscuits etc. Good en-suite facilities and reliable Wi-Fi. Good sound-proofing from the Wetherspoons pub below. Excellent accommodation.

very spacious neat and clean family room .Nice location .Good working air condition.Good provision of tea/coffee in room .Paid parking on backside . Many pubs ,eateries around the area .Breakfast timing is up to 12 and very reasonably priced.Council parking on the backside of hotel.

No gym, swimming pool ,limited free parking. Too many fire doors .For family room you have 7 fire doors.

The location coould not be better. The room was above the bar but I it was very well insulated and I heard no noise. Beds were comfy and the room was huge.

The only thing that knocked a couple of points off were the beds, they weren't very comfortable and me and my partner both had a bad back when we woke up
