Amazing in all aspects

This hotel has such an incredible view at an affordable price. Staff here is also great. They helped us book transfer to hanoi at very good price. Food was also delicious. We booked for 1 night, ended up staying 3 nights!

Maybe they can put some chairs in balcony

Great pool.

2 large pools. Large bedrooms. Great sea view.

A little soul-less or corporate. Air con not cool enough throughout the hotel. Expensive food.

Logeren in stijl op een zeer mooie lokatie.

Zeer ruime kamer met uitgebreide badkamer ( douche en zeer mooi bad). Groot balkon met zicht op de brug en baai. Zeer mooi restaurant met uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Mooi gepresenteerde gerechten a la carte. Leuke zwembaden maar jammer genoeg nog te koud tijdens ons verblijff.

Alles wat op en top verzorgd. Geen opmerkingen. Dit is echt een tophotel.

Khách sạn có tầm nhìn khá đẹp. Nhà mình đi gia đình đông nên khách sạn cũng cố gắng sắp xếp để phòng gần nhau.

Khách sạn đang sửa chữa nên khá ồn vào ban ngày.

Breakfast was good, the room was nice. Location is ok too.

They have two pools which were cold when we visited in March. Also the pools were empty. Only one restaurant in hotel was open.

We would use this hotel again if we ever return to the area.

The room was exceptional with a great view of the bridge and harbour at night. The staff were excellent. Gym was great. Breakfast had an excellent choice. They were happy to store our luggage when we went on a tour.

There was sometimes a queue for the coffee machine at breakfast.

Best experience!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Hotel is stunning!! It has everything you can think of! And the staff were so nice!! I had a scooter accident and they went above and beyond to help me! Absolutely beautiful people! Highly highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Excelente y lujoso!!

La vista, las instalaciones, es muy moderno y lujoso.

Que las piscinas las cierran a las 20 hrs., por lo que tuve que levantarme muy temprano para poder disfrutarlas antes de partir, ya que solo estuvimos 1 noche y y llegamos tarde después del tour, y de pasear en el funicular.

We checked in later in the day and our room was the perfect respite from a long day and drive!

Stunning view. Very nice breakfast. Beautiful bed. Great pool.

We had plumbing issues, blocked sink and shower. Had to ask engineering to lower air conditioning to get it lower than 24 degrees Celsius … because that’s damn hot from where I come from.

Terrible stay, COVID affected property probably trying to recover but failing

Location and view was nice, but the noise and air conditioner is fixed at 23 deg so you are hot at night. The noise continual banging and loud music and flashing LED around windows was horrific; worst hotel room ever ; and I do 50+ trips nearly every year!

Air conditioning is fixed at 23deg so they save money, the upper restaurants are closed , there was no one in the main restaurant, we tried to order a desert which they tried to thaw but was still frozen. The noise was horrific.

Enjoy the paronamic views at the Wyndham Legend Halong!

1. The view from the junior suite was really paronamic!! Really spectacular!! We could see the glorious Bay from the suite. This is a must see!! 2. The breakfast was very good. They tried to change here and there. :-)) 3, There were lots of local Vietnamese families, making the hotel look like a warm HOME instead:-))) 4. The gym was quite nice (space & equipment)j--with a gorgeous views.

1. The fact that Booking dot com said that it had a sauna but in fact it didn't--and many staff knew close to nothing about the sauna. :-((( 2. The hotel's location wasn't all that good--a bit far from midtown and other attractions. But in walking distance. :-)

Very good

The staff was really friendly, smiley and courteous. Our junior suite was super spacious with gorgeous bay view, awesome bathroom, and extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast had quite a lot of choices with good coffee. Hotel is in a quiet area, away from the hectic center and really close to the port.

It was a bit strange for a 5-star hotel to not have any minibar and snacks in the room, no room service either.

Amazing . staying in luxury. Would stay again

It was stunning. Staff were amazing & very helpful. Hotel has 2 large pools over looking the bay. We booked 2 rooms & was up graded to the Executive Suit on 20th Floor. Room was stunning , very roomy & over looked the Bay, SunWorld Cable Car & SunHill Ferris Wheel. These were only a short 15 minute walk away & they light up different colours at night along with the bridge. We were also picked up at hotel for City night tour on 2 storey topless bus. both these attractions are amazing & a must do. lots of restaurants are walking distance. Eco Coffee cafe serves the best food & is cheap.
