Its run by a lady entrepreneur, she has too much smile on her face

The staff members hold you near the room exit gate for checking the room for any broken or damage and then pay your security deposit, its very unprofessional. You can check when the guest go in the reception area but ask the guest to wait outside room for checking the room for any damage, it’s totally annoying. Also, they have written too much unwanted damage rules, like if towel is damaged then pay over 700 Baht, one can buy towel from 7 eleven for 70 baht.

Not worth it to stay there

It was close to the shops and beach

Small room which is fine but bed was uncomfortable, stairs (No lift to the room), no tea or coffee( only had for first day), stayed there for 3 days no one change the bed sheets, bed sheets smells to start with, shower hose doesn’t stick with the shower so you have to hold it all the time otherwise it ll be messy, towels look very old and cheap stuff. Wouldn’t recommend this property.

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant La propreté La localisation : très proche du port d’arrivée et de départ donc pas besoin de prendre de taxi, un 7 eleven à 2 min à pied et de quoi louer un scooter juste en bas de l’hôtel

Manque de lumière naturelle car la fenêtre donnait sur un mur donc la chambre était très sombre Chambre humide car impossible de faire sécher notre linge

good rooms / not great location in regard to the beach

the room was clean. and new. the minibar it’s very important and they give you water every day

there was nobody at front desk whenever I was around. the place was empty and the price was high for the location and the low season. staff didn’t speak any English… nice enough but very difficult to have a conversation and get recommendations

A sufficient base at the island

Location is great, a 5 minute walk from the pier. Very close to a calm little beach too. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was quite large for the price. AC was powerful. It was perfectly clean when I arrived. I was very satisfied with the room. I'd say it is good enough for sure if you just want to chill at the island.

There was no real reception. I was received by a lady who was there, I think, only for the specific time frame that I indicated. After that she left and I did not see her again untill checkout. But, I must say that I could reach her by phone when I had to request an earlier checkout. She did not seem to be in the best of moods during both interactions, but was not necessarily rude either. I read in other reviews about the restaurant of this location, which was one of the reasons I booked it. When I arrived, I saw that the restaurant was closed. Slightly disappointing. My room was not cleaned during my stay. But, maybe this is standard practice in a facility like this (given that it isnt a real hotel), same could maybe be said for the lack of reception.

it was our best stay in Samet so far!

The location is great! 1 min away from the pier and 7/11. The room was clean, spacious and it always smelled great. it’s actually much better than in the pictures! the bed is great, the mattress can take all your worries away :D The Admin (or was it the owner herself) is very sweet

MORE THAN PERFECT

LOCATION : few steps from the port and 5 mins far from the beach. 7ELEVEN just after the corner CLEANING : very well cleaned. Everything! curtains, sheet, floor, bathroom. all perfect STAFF : the owner is very lovely and useful. She texted me hours before the checkin to advise me it was a blackout on the island to know if I was still down to checkin in her hostel. sweet!

Very hard to say because it was a special place. Maybe the room in the morning is not so dark because curtain are not so thick so if you’d like to sleep more bring a night mask with you. just this small thing!

location is super bedroom & bath were really clean they provide for clean towels and water every day staff is nice price is fine

I stayed in room number 3, really clean but there’s a wall just in front of the window so the room is quite dark. bathroom quite small. They have different accomodations much better than that one so you can ask for others:)

very friendly staff. always made sure we had new towels and water etc if we didnt want the room cleaned some days. Rooms are very cozy and feel like a home and cleaning was done perfectly. By far one of our best stays in Thailand!! Highly recommend

Nice staff, cheap price and convenience location

Close to the pier and walking distance to Saikeaw beach

There is only room to stay No more any facilities due to the restaurant down stair is closed I think due to Covid19

Good place if you want to save money

We got a coke when we arrived which was very thoughtful and the owner was funny and helpful. The bathroom and the size of the bed was good. We also got free water bottles, shampoo, conditioner and soap.

The first thing we saw when we entered our room was a Gekko on the floor. They don't have breakfast included and we ordered a Pad Thai in their restaurant. It wasn't the best. Our room had a little window towards a not very nice wall/backstreet.

Not worth the price

Friendly staff but yet unprofessional

Cleanliness doesnt meet standard dusty and they only clean room once every 2 days, old rusty toilet equipment. Overpriced compared to small room and location. Picture doesnt match actual room.
