The staff were really helpful and kind!they help us with the luggage when we had to leave and they take us from the airport.
Even though we had paid for the breakfast they didn’t offer us an early breakfast or something else.

Riad Dar el Masa was a great option to stay. The manager is one of the most attentive people I’ve ever seen, and goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfort and enjoyable as possible.
Upon arrival he sits you down and gives you a hand made map, where he explains everything about the city and gives you extremely helpful tips!
It was really great and the location is a dream since it’s of walking distance to literally e everything.
Highly recommend!

Non so da dove cominciare...il Riad è meraviglioso con due terrazze con piccola Jacuzzi e piccola piscina lettini per prendere il sole,colazione con pane marmellate frutta fresca diversa tutti i giorni,latte caffè spremute omelette ...i due Yassin e le cuoche meravigliosi ci hanno viziato in tutti i modi consigliandoci e organizzando escursioni,cene,ristoranti,e spiegandoci la città con mappa, la stanza enorme pulita profumata con cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni, in tutto questo pace tranquillita e silenzio, in 10 minuti a piedi si è nella piazza centrale quindi vicino a tutti i siti più importanti. Un paradiso!!!!

Un super Riad avec une équipe aux petits soins pour que tout ce passe pour le mieux pour notre séjour! L'emplacement dans la médian est juste top car à l'écart du tumulte de la médina mais à proximité à pied (10min pour être sur la place)

L endroit, dangereux, la rue adjacente n est pas sécurisée et devrait être fermé pour éviter les accidents du aux éboulements.
L hygiène, désastreux, sol n a jamais connu un coup d eau de javel, tapis sales, refoulement d odeur d égouts nausé à bond, embaument la chambre de jours en jours, les cafards, partout, même au dernier jours sur le plateau du petit déjeuner (bas de gamme, un jus, café thé, salade de fruit et 3 crêpes pour 2 personnes)
La qualité du lit, 2 matelas qui ont fait 3 guerres...

Viajé un fin de semana con una amiga y sin duda recomendaría este Riad una y mil veces!!
El personal que trabaja allí es excepcional! Nos recogieron en una pequeña plaza cerca del Riad y cuando llegamos al Riad nos tenían preparado un pequeño desayuno de bienvenida (aunque ya estábamos fuera del horario). Los desayunos son exquisitos y muy completos!!
Yassine nos dio un montón de consejos para visitar la ciudad y nos explicó cómo llegar a los diferentes puntos turísticos. Si quieres contratar alguna excursión o ir a un hamman, también te ayudan. Nos recomendó también diferentes restaurantes :)
Está muy bien ubicado, apenas a 10 minutos de la Plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Sin duda, entrará en mis planes volver a este Riad cuando vuelva a Marrakech

The location looks very nice, and the staff is professional and helpful. They made our staying very comfortable. Yassine and his colleagues seem to be really experienced in this field of work. Also, I think this Riad provides all the utilities and servicies!that a tourist might need.
Great position of the Riad.
There are few things that can be improved: Mattresses can be changed. The one from our room room looked and felt pretty old.
The AC is used also for heating, maybe for heating other solutions might be helpful.
The position of the Riad is very good, like I said, but I would avoid coming back from the main square at a very late hour. I saw some individuals which were not looking sober around the area at night. Nothing happened though, it’s just a heads up. I would not consider the location dangerous.

Away from the main road(less noise). Close to Bahia Palace and Badi Palace. Once found a taxi on the road near the riad (otherwise it's a 10 minutes dragging the luggage on the cobble stone path toward the main taxi area near Bahia Palace). Large shower. Clean, breakfast included (available in the terrace). Helpful, friendly staff (took the time to go over the details of Marrakech during check-in). Daily housekeeping.
10 minutes walk for taxi (toward Bahia Palace), 15 minutes walk to main square. Antique furnishing. No water kettle, some sewage odor, small toilet area. Marrackech medina in general is dirty, full of motobike (suppose to be illegal in medina), pushy merchants. I would not stay in the medina if I visit again, I would stay outside the medina and find a nice riad in the medina to eat or drink to experience it.

Il Riad è in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere la piazza principale ed molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Non ho dato il massimo dei voti perchè purtroppo confina con una zona frequentata da gente che non mi è piaciuta. La sera al rientro non è proprio piacevole. La camera era spaziosissima e molto comoda. Il tetto un pochino rigido ma è soggettivo. Lo staff è perfetto, i due Yassine sono sempre molto disponibili e la proprietaria ti fa sentire sempre a tuo agio. Riad pulitissimo e terrazzo con piscina perfetto.
L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata la colazione. Era la settima volta a marrakech e per la prima volta non ho potuto scegliere con cosa fare colazione. Ho chiesto delle brioche e mi è stato risposto che non ce ne sono di buone nella medina.......non è così.....la proprietaria si è giustificata dicendomi che loro fanno la colazione tradizionale.....ma a me non piaceva.....peccato perchè sennò sarebbe stato tutto perfetto.

The host were so helpful, they made us feel so welcomed and at home, Yassine explained the area, gave us hints on how to buy and price things. The location is just a few minutes' walk to the popular market Jamal el fina( you should visit that at night).
I totally recommend this hotel. It has everything you need to make your stay wonderful, and the breakfast was top-notch. Thanks to the team, my friends and I really enjoyed ourselves.
Nothing really, whatever we need we just ask and they made it happen.

The beauty of the riad, the architecture and the decorations. Also the kindness of the guy that welcomed us at the entrance. He gave us very detailed recommendations on the city. I would go again.

Our experience at Riad Dar El Masa was just perfect.
Upon our arrival, Yassine gave us a map of the city and took the time to explain to us all the main locations, places to see, restaurants, and essencial tips to enjoy our trip.
The location of the Riad is great. Super close to Jeema el-Fna and popular locations, and the streets around the Riad are safe and busy.
The Riad is beautiful and very clean. We loved our room and the huge terrace with a jacuzzi.
Also, the breakfast was delicious and varied, with different fruit every day.
We want to thank both Yassines and all the staff for the kindness and availability, and for always greeting us with a smile! Really recommend this Riad.

Reading reviews before our stay, we understood what makes the difference at Diar El Masa is the staff. I can only confirm and emphasize how the kindness of the whole team has made us truly feel like at home. There is always a smile and a cup of tea welcoming you at the Riad, and a very available Yassine who has been helping us so so much with planning, booking, advising.
The Riad is well located, less than 5 minutes walking from the heart of the Medina: close enough for an easy sightseeing experience, yet far enough from the sometimes overwhelming feeling of the Medina. The streets are safe and we never felt in danger even at night.
The Riad is well equipped: I loved the very authentic bathrooms, the fresh bouquets of roses and mint, the rooftop and it’s pool overlooking the city, having breakfast by the internal yard fountain.
I have rarely felt so confident and comfortable in recommending an accommodation like I am with Riad Dar El Masa

We made a reservation for a room that had two double beds, with the first bed located on the ground floor and the second bed accessible via a staircase. Regrettably, it was extremely hot outside, reaching 33 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning system proved insufficient to cool the entire room. Consequently, sleeping in the second bed became impossible.

the Riad is locate in a Strategic Position, close to the downtown but in a quiet Block. with 5 minutes wolk you arrive in the Main Plaza and Suk.
The Riad is very well maintened, che rooms confortabile and the staff is very kind and helpful in evervything.

Wonderful journey in this Riad. The staff and Odile the owner are very friendly and helpful. They give you a lot of good advice for the visits and the restaurants !
They are always making sure that everything is fine and you don't need anything else.
After a full day of visits, the rooftop is perfect to relax :) !
Thanks also to the cookers for a very good and fresh breakfast every day with local specialities.
I recommand this Riad, location is also good. 5-10mn walking distance from the main place.

Location was the best part of the stay--it was in the medina, and a short walk from Djema El-Fna. The staff was super helpful and guided us throughout for our walk through the medina and areas closeby.
It was a bit pricey for what it had to offer. We had a much better Riad at Fes, in a similar location, for much less tariff. At least the breakfast could have been upgraded.

Riad Dar El Masa is a small paradise in the heart of Medina. But what is special about this Riad is the staff that works there. Yassine is a great host and perfect guide, he will give you a map of the town and great recommendations to visit most important but also not so known places. The food was always amazing, including breakfast. Everything was just perfect!
