Great location, good breakfast, good bathroom

WI Fi didn't work , if I would have needed to work, impossible. Tv stopped working.

Extremely cosy room, bright and with a super clean bathroom.

Great location. Room clean and bright but very small. We did not have breakfast as the place was so tiny. Lady checking us in was nice and friendly. Room with balcony would have been better.

Noise from other rooms woke us everytime a toilet was flushed or a tap turned on. I booked a superior room but should not have paid extra. Room was tiny, didn't matter too much but sorry I paid for 'superior'. Can't imagine what the standard room was like. We were lucky as the hotel was quiet that week as it was April. Doubt we would have got much sleep if fully occupied.

Location was great,so handy for the beach and close to everything in centre of town.5 minute walk from main station.woman at reception very efficient and friendly

I would have liked a coffee making facility in the room and the shower was a little bit awkward not being an overhead one.

Excellent location in the middle of arcachon.

Car parking was very close (underground car park is approx 2 mins walk from hotel), but costly approx 30 euros per day.

Location is perfect, in the centre of the town and very close to the sea.

We found strange that it is so not ready or prepared for people with physical dissabilities or needs. Full of stairs (though it is only a two floor building) and no lift.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, right in the middle of town, easy access to the shops and beach.

The hair dryer in the room didn’t work.

Mold on the ceiling, toilet seat all waggly, very small and inconvenient shelf right above the sink that makes it very difficult to wash

there was no courtains in the room, we we’re exposed all the time. breakfast was overpriced.

Right in the center on fun in the town. Look out over the happenings on the street or walk 2 min to the beach. Pretty sweet

Amazing location on the central street. 5 minutes away from the train station and 5 minutes walk to the sea. Very friendly staff.
