Great location and host, air-con and balcony were fantastic to have, whilst the room was very spacious. Daily cleaning was also provided, which was super useful.

Utensils would have been nice to have - Fridge is provided, however we needed to buy disposable knifes for example to cut the cheese we had purchased.

Me and my husband chose this hotel to stay in Ischia for a week and in common impression is positive. Great location! The great beach is located only 15-minutes on foot from the place as well as Thermale ‘Poseidon’. Friendly and approaching hotel staff! They changed not-working lamp near the bed on my request and provided me the password to another, well-working WiFi when I had problems with initial one. Also fixed initial, not-working from our room wifi. Good cleaning every morning between 10 and 11 a.m.: bed is made, dirty plates are cleaned as well as the kitchen and bathroom. There were 3 feee capsules of coffee for coffee-makers and the small bottle of water were there when we came.

There was no salt. Verify problematic wifi: first two days it was not working in our room presumably because router was too far: Hotel WiFi network was not just seen from our room, last room in the corridor. I should’ve gone to the main corridor to connect to WiFi. After two days wifi was fixed (it could be visible and connected from our room) but the quality was poor because it has been disconnected all the time, we could not watch videos or films using wifi because of this permanent every-minute disconnection problems. Air conditioning is present but works poorly, especially during the hot sunny day, it takes very long time to fresh the room (with windows closed, of course). And if it works for an hour, it is more fresh but still stuffy. From the outside it is hardly seen that this place is a hotel with the corresponding title. There is only the small mark on the ring almost no visible, written in hand-writing.

Spotlessly clean room, everything works, peaceful area an easy walk to the centre and kind hosts who were flexible with check in and check out.

Rooms are simple, but with everything needed, kettle was a nice touch.

Daily cleaning service

Not very central and it was a little bit expensive (price value not 100% given). Also next to our room there was another room with a washing mashine. We asked if we can use it but they told us it is only for the blankets. We would have washed a separate mashine with our clothes and pay for it, but it was not possible.
