Excellent location in old town with fabulous views. Spacious apartment. Fun decor.

Unable to contact host. We are from overseas and do not have Spanish SIM so unable to call or email host easily. Host should have sent key pickup details earlier. Host should explain in advertisements that the apartment is up 100 steps an us unsuited to elderly or infirm guests. Silverfish in bathroom.

Person at check in. Needs an elevator. They did not give us the two confirmed rooms, there was only one room.

Apartment has magnificent position in main square opposite the cathedral in the old city. Bedroom and kitchen clean, likewise all utensils. Reasonable provision of breakfast food. Was rightly warned of no lift and access was up four flights of steps. They were steep.

Parking is not really ‘nearby’ but about 300 metres up a steep hill from accommodation. On my telephoning, the host wrongly claimed the booking-agent had sent me all necessary information for access to apartment, etc.; but none so received. In same conversation the host was strangely hesitant in explaining access to keys of apartment when obviously there was no other way of entry. Likewise access to WiFi. No information of the reduced deal for car parking; discovered this at later date. Washing machine unusable; on enquiry was told had been broken for a while. Kitchen table extremely unstable, all four legs loose; think has been so for some time.
