HORRIBLE

Nothing to like here in this property

The stay was horrible. I booked 3 Deluxe Executive Room and I got 2 normal room and it was horrible. I never visit this property again or recommend to anybody.

so it’s advised to check the free break fast while check in

well maintained property

while booking, it was shown as breakfast included, howeover while check in they got signature room without break fast, when we asked about free break fast, they said, they have received email from booking.com like that, so they can’t make any changes. After much argument, they agreed for free break fast.

Okeish stay. Not good and not bad either.

Decent property for a short stay with basic amenities.

1) location is just under the bridge dead end with railway line. Google maps doesn't provide proper route. 2) car parking is a big problem as it's limited and possibly may not get a slot if you return back hotel late in the day. 3) TV remote didn't work and left unattended even after complaint during checkin and followups. 4) TV subscription lasted only 2 days of 3 days stay. 5) Room wasn't cleaned on day 2 even after we handed over the key at reception in morning. Had to wait outside the room for cleaning after our return.

Mosquitoes somehow managed to enter the room during the night. No International card working. A bit expensive.

Staff were good and very helpful. Close to city centre. Lift facility to all the rooms.

Mosquitoes in the room. Location is such that difficult to get public transport or taxis. Smelly bathroom, not sure whether it is coming from neighbouring smoking rooms.

Good, decent stay

Hot shower, AC rooms, good value.

Bit run down, bathroom could use a good scrub and an update. A little bit off from the city.

Did not meet our expectations

Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful in providing assistance for aged parents

Driver's accommodation was very bad and driver slept in the car. Parking on the third night was problematic, driver had to put his foot down to park inside as we had been there previous two nights. Hot water was intermittent and after complaining it was really good on the third day

Upkeep of room cleanliness. House keeping staff are doing their job well.

Items for breakfast limited to two or three varieties with no choice. Similarly the case with lunch/dinner. Probably it could be due to very poor occupancy during Pongal festival period. TV is very small with no choice of channels. Several times, it got deactivated for failure of recharge to the channel provider.

it was remote from centre and the area was run down .they advertised Wi-Fi and there was no reception.breakfast was a joke after 3 days I still was waiting for my black tea the toast had green mould

Good venue for Great value

* Value for Money * Customer service for guest (only) * Room size and comfortable beds * Laundry services was efficient and effective.

* Driver room was very dirty with used alcohol bottles and spoiled food parcels, and rubbish. Photo attached! * No lights for driver's bathroom. Refused to fix (change bulb), ask to wait till next day morning for shower when sunlight comes. I personally checked and witnessed. I have to find a different paid accommodation to driver for 2 nights. * Restaurant didn't have a food menu card or price list on the 1st day, hence went outside for dinner. On the 2nd day, menu card was provided with obsolete price list.

We have visited for one night for the purpose of Darshan of Sri Meenakshi Amma on the next day morning. The Hotel reception, support to reach the exact location, restaurant, room and facilities in the room are excellent. We have satisfied with the hotel. The only drawback is the location of the hotel, its surrounded areas are not good.

Nice & clean rooms. Location is below bridge

Nice and new rooms. Rooms and washroom was very clean. Decent for a 3 star hotel. We just booked one day before for a weekend and it was available. Thats a plus.

Pls note: the location of the hotel s below bridge, where no other vehicle will come. So not safe to come by bus or walk out for a stroll etc. Use your car or have to do ola or uber cab/auto to go out. But manageable, if you just go out once or twice.
