Local hotel, but completely desorganised. Not aware of my booking, not aware of the rates, local dinner but steep pricing, substandard breakfast.

Room (no. 303) needs some refurbishment (paint, cracks on the wall). The whole afternoon no power inside my room (just one light powered by solar). I know there are lots of problems with power BUT what I realized later, at the restaurant sockets had power. After I complained about that, that there is no power inside my room but at the restaurant there is, after dinner there was also power inside my room. I came back from a 4 day hiking trip to Mt. Elgon so all batteries (phone, camera) were empty.
