The train station and plenty of food options nearby. The bedroom bed was extremely comfortable.

What I loved most was the self-checkin. There is no reception. The appartement is modern, clean, and exactly like the photos, I even felt it’s a little bigger than it seemed in the photos. The hosts are professional, nice, and fast responders. The whole block is new, neat, clean and neighbours are nice. The location is amazing, about 10min by train from Central London, Sainsbury’s is a few minutes away too, there’s an amazing park nearby my children just didn’t want to leave the park.

One couch is not comfortable at all, actually it’s broken. So if you’re more than 3-4 individuals do NOT rely on the second couch, it’s not even straight it hurts the back. I also didn’t like that there is no lift, I had to carry my 3 heavy baggages to the next floor after an exhausting long flight. We also had to wait outside because there is no checkin before 15:00!

Key collection process was easy Apartment was spacious and clean Very close to Catford Bridge station

Apartment could use some TLC, paint bubbling in toilet, curtain pole hanging off in the main bedroom etc.

The location is good. Big, fully-facilited apartment with balcony.

The sofa bed in living room is very comfortable. There was no detergent for the washing machine and the dish washer until the last night we stayed here (a guy came to drop them at 22.00).

I didn’t know how to turn on the heater to the lounge and bedroom, however due to how warm it was it wasn’t needed
