spacious, cable tv, clean.
air conditioning was faulty and bathroom was leaking water into the living space so o changed my apartment

The location and the facility are wonderful.

We stayed in the big, three bedroom apartment for two nights and shifted to the smaller studio for a night as one of our group left. The studio is just as clean and comfy and spacious.
Bit far from town/ amenities (but delicious Olimpia resto and beach within east walking distance)! Wifi barely worked in the studio apartment. (Not the case in the upstairs unit.)

The apartment is huge; giant comfy sofas, big beds, and AC, so it was great for our group of three to relax in. Easy walk to beach and to Olimpia which has great food!
The location is a bit further from town so limited amenities (Ie. restaurant choices, groceries). Having said that, it’s not expensive and easy to grab a tuk tuk. The wifi is somewhat weak with no wifi overnight and early morning and the kitchen items are quite limited.

The facility is spacious, clean and with modern equipment. Great place when you have children.

The owner was okay.
I took a shower under the acception the well hanged towel on the rack was clean only to use to wipe myself halfway I realized it had dry all over. Very dissapointed and concern contracting disease. 😭
No bath/gel soap in the room I had to request and with no apology was given an hour later after waiting.
In the kitchen basic utensils are super limited can't name them all.
