Beautiful room with a sea view, excellent host, lovely location.

The room was very clean and cosy, it had two lovely balconies. The host was lovely and upgraded us to a studio apartment since it was quiet. There was a fridge, sink and microwave which was very handy. There was also a full kitchen downstairs that was useful for cooking. It was in a good location and very handy with the shop downstairs. The host was lovely and helpful, as well as easy to contact.

A little hidden, we struggled to find it at first.

Home away from home

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect, lovely small place. Very clean room and with everything you need for comfortable stay. A few steps from the beach. Lady working in the shop downstairs is the nicest we ever meet 😊 highly recommended

The Villa had everything you need - big bed, modern room, terrace, AC, and a fridge. It's very close to Harmanite Beach and 15min walk from the main street. Also, there is a shop in the same building, which is very convenient.

The bed sheets were dirty - 2 small and 1 large yellow stains. However, you can inform the reception and they will change it for you.

Great value for money, clean and comfy

Loved the place. No fuss accommodations with clean and comfy rooms.Nice balcony. Staff wasn't a constant presence so it felt more like a villa than a hotel.

Could use more separation between balconies. We could hear people basically whispering in the rooms on both sides of ours. But they were NOT whispering. Maybe they can put "more noisy" groups on one floor and "non noisy" at another. The part of the beach with umbrellas and something to eat around is quite far by foot even though the hotel is right across the street from the sea due to all the buildings...

Cost-effective and clean apartment near the beach

The cost effectiveness is extremely good, the owner is very friendly and responds fast to any questions you might have. The rooms were very clean, and in the basement there is a community kitchen you can use. The beach is only 2 minutes away, there's a small supermarket with everything you need in the same house, and also a Lidl around the corner.

Our room wasn't that well equipped - e.g. there was no kettle (although there is one in the basement you can use), and you also have to buy things as sponges and dish soap yourself. There also could be more dishes - we only had one bowl.

We were very happy with the staff, beautiful garden and impressed with how well stocked was the little supermarket. Our stay was very peaceful. The place has a great cleanliness + facility vs. price ratio.

The room was really comfortable and spacious. Unexpected accommodation which made our stay perfect.

It was a beautiful experience

We liked the balcony and also the rooms size. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean.

We didnt like the cars sound while they were supplieding the hotels supermarket and the AC sounds from the shop

Convenient, clean, comfortable, had most things you could want (iron, hair dryer)

Convenience store on the ground floor open till 11pm. Helpful staff who spoke English.

Pictures didn't match the rooms as expected. No kettle provided.

Exceptional

The villa is close to the beach, it has private parking, a market at the ground floor where you can buy anything you need (very useful) and a garden with lots of plants (everything is green around the villa). The room was clean. It has a balcony facing the garden and a fig tree. The owners where very friendly and helpful. This is a place where we are thinking to come back for another vacation and to try a room with see view that time. 😊
