Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de personnel la nuit, ça aurait pu éviter le cirque qu'il y a eu avec des voisins de chambre indélicats qui ont mis le bazar sur le parking et dans les couloirs jusqu'à 5h du matin

La proximité des restaurants, de la mer
J'ai moins aimé l'accueil du personnel qui était inexistant... pas de regard alors qu'on sortait avec nos bagages, elles discutaient entre elles...
Hotel b&b bien pour un passage mais pas pour un long séjour. Salle de bain petite . Pas de sèche cheveux. C est pas grand chose mais un minimum pour être satisfaite.

good location, near supermarkets, the beach, the marina and the train station.
doors were very loud and the cleaners in the hallway were noisy with their hoovers. quite disturbing. we stayed for one night which was fine but wouldn’t want to have stayed any longer.

We enjoyed the room, although a little small. The bunk beds were solid enough for the kids.

Good location, the room was clean
The self check in process was not clear, with bad assistance in English so it took us a long time to check in.
The air-conditioning was poor, it made some noise but didn't cool the room, no help desk was available, the guy you can talk to down the entrance by intercom spoke only French, so it was difficult to sleep.
There is smell of cigarettes all over.

Easy to find ans safe free parking. A little dated but clean and comfortable. Newer Marina zone 15 minutes walk away with many restaurants .Nice host. Maccas next door.

Standard B&B hotel. Small, normal, clean room.

The air condition was great as well as the bed, we slept very amazingly.
The bathroom was very rarely equipped (no hair dryer, small towels). There was a spot on the towel although it was freshly washed.

Close to the swimming beach and the train station. There is also a McDonald's branch adjacent to the hotel.
Pillow covers and beds are not as clean as required.
There is no hotel laundry or close to it.
There is no grocery store nearby

Location was near to train station so it was easy to go to Nizza. Room was clean and quiet.
There wasn't staff and room was quite small.

However, I think €99 is too much for 2 stars hotel
They don't have a restaurant, only little buffet in the morning that closes at 10 AM
No gym or pool

I would not takethe breakfast again.
Rooms are very small, In our room the door to the bathroom was broken and the switch for the light inside the bathroom was not working properly. It seems to be quite old and not well mainained.
