Wohlfühlen!

Wundervollen Anlage, liebevoll und hochwertig modern ausgestattete Räume, absolut traumhafter Blick. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

Dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten😉, da wir rundreisen.

Great, Memorable, deserving the money

the breakfast- unique, different day after day, with a wide variety of food, rightly prepared and served. You can hardly find breakfast like that in similar places the environment- peaceful, located in an olive tree garden, not far from the sea the owners - friendly, in a proper genuine way

the distance from the sea. you have to take your car.

nice place with amazing view. warm well-come and really good breakfast, with local food served in the room. The owner and his wife are very kind.

Restaurant service is only on request. unfortunately we were not able to try. maybe next time.

Nice room, very comfortable large bed, balcony with sea view, beautiful well kept grounds with olive trees, fruit trees and lovely flowering typical mediterranian plants. What makes staying here special however is the delicious breakfast prepared freshly with local products and served in your room. Absolutely delicious! Very nice owner couple.

Just a detail but our balcony screen door was full of holes.

Amazing location, with great views. From here you can explore all nearby area with ease and have a comfortable stay. The breakfast is epic! If you like big buffets and countless options, maybe this is not what you are looking for. But if you are a foodie looking for a real authentic experience, a homemade freshly cooked traditional breakfast you are going to have the best time ever. Definitely coming back here.

The AC is really loud, and it will take you a night at list to figure out how to properly set it to be less noisy, however still maybe an issue for some. Couple that with a noisy mini-fridge and if you are a light sleeper maybe you will not feel that comfortable. Some deep maintenance with a focus on small details, will sure make this property even better, however, still a 10 and much better from nearby options.

Exceptional

The space was amazing, newly decorated with a smart finish, feeling both comfortable and stylish. Everything was spotlessly clean, there were all amenities one could hope for, and the garden was calm and charming, available to enjoy our breakfast or a relaxed evening drink with wonderful views. The hosts and staff were extremely kind and helpful and made us feel at home and welcome at all times. Last but not least, the breakfast was incredible!!! Freshly prepared delicacies, both sweet and savoury, from local produce that allowed us to explore the Messinian cuisine. Now that we have experienced this breakfast, I don't know how we can continue our lives without it! :) We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming back!

The best of the best for a wonderful stay in Finikounta

In one word: fantastic! Great apartments wonderfully decorated. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Situated in a meticulously well kept garden close to the sea and finikounta center. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the amazing views. Panagiotis and his wife do an excellent job. We definitely go back

One of the best places we stayed in Greece.

The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and came with everything we wanted. The breakfast was lovely and changed every day so we were able to try lots of different things. They left water in the fridge free of charge which was greatly appreciated and every single person we spoke to was lovely and helpful.

A touch of luxury and charm in Peloponnese

One night in Foinikounda

Exceptional

The location is perfect. The room had a magnificent view, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Our host, Angeliki, made our stay even better with her lavish, varied and always soooo tasteful homemade breakfast. We had a great time at Kotroni Villas and we would certainly visit again.
