Every thing was great. The location was perfect and our host went above to make sure our stay was comfortable and great.

Two of the showers had a problem with warm water but I am sure it is going to be fixed

it was quiet and very roomy and had a lovely wrap around terrace with nice view of ocean

one of the bathroom shower door opening was a tight squeeze getting in and out but other than that it was perfect!

There was no information provided; for example, when to put out the rubbish or where to put it. The dishwasher didn't work - it leaked when we tried to use it.

Giovanni was an excellent and friendly host. He was available via WhatsApp at any hour, responded quickly and was consistently helpful. The location is walking distance to all Sorrento sites and main train/ bus station. With luggage it was about a 15 min walk. A big supermarket is about 15 mins by foot as well. The rooms are spacious, plenty of storage, a wrap around balcony with access from each bedroom and we loved the automatic storm shutters- kept out all light.

I chose this apartment because it looks well cared for and has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths… comfortable for family travel. The entire stay, we were only able to use 1 bathroom because the water in the other two ran ice cold to tepid at best. Giovanni addressed the issue and had a plumber visit the apartment twice, but the problem was not resolved during our 5 day stay. This was inconvenient and upsetting as I could have rented a smaller space for less money if I wanted to operate with 1 bathroom for 4 people. The plumbing system is old and probably needs to be replaced to resolve the lack of hot water and pressure. The rental has the potential to be great but at present is mediocre to unsatisfactory, and I was disappointed. The apartment lacks attention and care. There is evidence of water damage on the walls and the wall is peeling, leaving a mess on the floor, the balcony needs pressure washing, bedroom doors don’t close properly because the frame is ill-fitted, etc… I am mostly disappointed that after 5 days of insufficient hot water, the owner/ management company did not feel the need to reimburse any of the rent knowing our stay was not comfortable. I am an understanding traveler and have never asked for money back, but I believe no hot water for days warrants compensation. In a nutshell, although Giovanni was a delight to work with, I would not rent this apartment again unless necessary renovations ( mainly the plumbing) are worked out.

Good location- 15 mins walk into the town centre and very secure Alberto was very helpful and provided some excellent ideas of where to go and eat out
