Everything was really good here. The staff was awesome. The room was comfortable.

my room was exceptionally clean. everything was perfect.
my only complaint is I was there to study for an exam and I was placed on a floor with a noisy family. the kids were running up and down the hallway being loud.

Everything was fine but breakfast. I can't believe in theses times there's still hotel using disposable cutilery, disposable plates, disposable glasses...and some of them plastic.

close to Auburn and easy to reach.
there were loud guests. a huge group and they had a very loud dinner on the terrace right in front of our window.
the hotel cannot be blamed for that, but the sound isolation to the other rooms was also poor.
the pool area was not clean and was at least for to days in a row not cleaned at all.

The Location, we could use our netflix account, the bed was clean and comfy, very nice facility. Hotel staff was very welcoming and polite and addressed any problem or concern we had
We could hear kid running around upstairs as we had a room on the first floor. Shower floor was a little dirty upon check in but we got a courtesy call from front desk and they addressed it asap.

The art and room set up was the best I've ever seen for it being so reasonably priced.
The body wash was out and we couldn't ask for it to be replaced because we were mid shower. Also one of the lamps was flickering. Biggest let down was when the employees came to make the room while we were gone a few hours they turned off the mini fridge with our left overs in it so those expensive meals spoiled.

it was dirty . my room was dirty . pretty sure there was mold on the shower curtain. The shampoo in the shower was empty .The hallway was dirty . The pool was freezing cold . there was no orange juice for breakfast . The hotel has great potential but even the elevators were dirty .
