Forte rumore di trapano dei lavori dei vicini (segnalato). Sono dovuto andare via il giorno prima perché il giorno dopo non sarebbero partiti traghetti causa maltempo e onde alte tre metri e alla mia richiesta di rimborso dell’ultima notte che non avrei trascorso mi hanno risposto di no, nonostante fosse bassissima stagione (aprile), tempo brutto e non una mia decisione ma appunto causa meteo sarei rimasto intrappolato sull’isola. Per carità legittimo non rimborsare ma l’ho trovato poco consono vista la situazione di “calamità “. Ho comunicato che a causa di questi due problemi ( e di altri che non avevo fatto presente e su cui avrei soprasseduto ) avrei lasciato una brutta ma oggettiva recensione su Booking , come accade sempre su Booking, e per questo sono stato preso a parole , mi hanno detto “una persona come lei” “si faccia un esame di coscienza” mi hanno parlato di “ricatto” di “estorsione” insomma un atteggiamento veramente verbalmente violento. Ad ogni modo il bidet non butta quasi niente , la doccia impossibile da fare perché butta o caldissima da ustionarsi o troppo fredda . Un solo rotolo di cartigenica fornito per 4 giorni di soggiorno. Scale ripide. Il letto matrimoniale in realtà sono due letti singoli e la notte capita di sprofondare in mezzo. Insomma tutte cose che sommate hanno reso il soggiorno veramente spiacevole. Viaggio molto per il mondo ma non ho mai ricevuto un trattamento del genere , mai ho lasciato a una struttura una recensione così bassa, se la lascio sicuramente e perché non posso fare altrimenti.

Praticamente nel cuore della città Appartamento bellissimo

Mancavano i prodotti da bagno indicati nella prenotazione, Mancano gli armadi da riporre gli indumenti , uno piccolissimo insufficiente per due persone e in parte occupato. Doccia scomoda , stretta Manca pagamento con poss solo in contanti, assurdo. In genere in cucina trovo un minimo indispensabile , un po di sale, zucchero, sapone piatti etc. Dover ricomprare il tutto per qualche giorno .

The location was unbeatable if you like to be in the middle of it all! The bedroom was away from the street noise and the a/c worked like a dream. Guisi was accommodating despite knowing very little English. It was a wonderful place for two!

Be prepared to pay in cash at the property! We did not expect this but, again, Guisi was very accommodating. Also, thankfully there is a grocery store very close by to purchase soap, shampoo, and extra toilet paper as the apartment was not as stocked as we expected. We didn’t mind the steep steps but some folks could have trouble, especially with heavy luggage. A great stay if you are flexible!

Location is absolutely perfect! Right in the middle of the small town, surrounded by many bars restaurants. I have to say, Giusi and Fabrizio have been super helpful...the accommodated all my requests and gave us so many cool tips! They made this short trip utterly special! I highly recommend this property. Thank you so much guys!

The flat is located in the downtown, not far away from the harbor. Shops, restaurants and markets are at hand. The terrace offers a wonderful view on the town, the sea and Levanzo. The host was very kind and able to fulfill our requests.

The apartment was a little bit too small for our needs (two adults with three kids). The terrace deserves more care.
