It was an ok stay

Very close to waterfront & jetty

The amenities are far away from our cabin, difficult to access at night! Also only a table lamp inside Ladies bathroom & toilet! Men’s one was dark out

Bowen is lovely but Harbour Lights CP was very disappointing.

The bed was reasonably comfortable.

We stayed in Cabin 1, which fronted Santa Barbara Parade. The traffic noise was horrendous! There were so many faults & issues with cabin itself - glass sliding entry door was really hard to open (the channel needed cleaning), light switches would get stuck, the 2 burner gas cooktop was hard to light & only 1 burner worked, taps leaked, the shower rose leaked causing a loss of pressure, the floor of the shower was really slippery, the toilet seat was loose, the cable to the electric frypan was damaged & the wiring exposed, the sofa was old & smelly & filthy dirty. The site BBQ was filthy. Management were advised. PS - there is no way that this cabin is big enough for 5 people... it was barely big enough for 2 of us!!

this stay was disappointing, and not comfortable or easy to relax unfortunately.

we have always liked that it is on the waterfront.

there was no door on the bedroom, the fridge didn’t have fittings on the compartments in the doors, couldn’t store bottles in there. the bushes outside our cabin were overgrown and with the windy weather the branches were blowing and thumping the cabin, very noisey at night.

Location is fantastic right across from all the stuff kids love and a short walk from the main street. Pool is big and clean.

Office never actually open even when it says it is. The couch in the cabin was tiny and filthy. No aircon in bedroom or fan near bunks. No screens on bunk bed windows.

The location was excellent - close to heaps of stuff. Lovely demountable accommodation. Loved the large fridge.

Location of toilet - I didn't notice that it was not part of the accommodation until after I finished the booking.

Comfortable, clean and beautiful spot.

Breakfast wasn’t provided. The location was great. Within walking distance from a great fish and chip shop and the harbour.

Wasn’t sure how the toilet and shower facilities was meant to operate before we got there. Sharing facilities, didn’t quite explain it. However the toilet block wasn’t too far off. There wasn’t any tea or coffee or milk provided, but I believe that will be rectified.

I only stayed overnight and it was good.

Location, it was easy to find and move about in. Also I think it is a good location for families with kids as there is a water park and skate bowl across the road. Also walking paths and bbqs. The park was clean and the staff were welcoming.

it was close to everything that we needed to get to

it was raining most of the time we were there and our cabin never had an awning but other than that everything was great

The position of the facility is excellent. Flagstaff hill is adjacent with an amazing view from the top.

The blue key given to room 3 did not work for the male toilets / showers
