Une attitude très directive de notre hôte. Un environnement proche de la chambre un peu décevant La literie vieillotte.

Heb het erg naar mijn zin gehad. Goede tips waar je lekker kunt eten en plaatsjes om te bezoeken.

Het ontbijt was prima, eigenlijk te veel. Mark en Ben zijn goede gastheren.

Volgens mij werd er niet stofgezogen tijdens mijn verblijf van 14 dagen. Zag aan het eind van mijn verblijf behoorlijk wat stof/ haren(van mijzelf) op de grond liggen,

A perfect location in Beziers with stupendous view of the Pont Vieux from gorgeous balcony windows (room 1)

Have stayed here before when travelling solo and lived it so much I wanted to come back with family. It was just as wonderful! Mark and Ben made it; interesting, fun, funny and very hospitable

Great hosts. Great location. Shame about the noisy neighbours!

I cannot fault the hosts or the property itself which is clean and full of french, rustic charm. Ben and Mark provided magnificent hospitality - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast too. They gave great recommendations of what to do and where to eat - all of which we did which proved great advice. They called a taxi for us to take us to where we needed to be at the end of our stay, even waiting with us to wave us off. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect (except for noisy overnight locals). It is close to a lift taking you directly to the old town parts of the town. Bezier is clearly doing lots of things really well for tourists so it should be well within the capacity of the local authority to sort out the behaviours of a few locals, not observing local law with regard to noise, who are not representative of all other people in Beziers who looked after us so well.

It is with a heavy heart that we scored so low. This is due to a matter completely out of the control of Ben and Mark - a group of locals who gathered next to the river until 3 or 4 am being noisy, having a party with no regard to anyone wanting some quiet. There will have been many other properties affected and we understand that this is happening most nights. A police drive by or other authority profile raising would be a quick fix for this which I hope will occur very soon as we would love to come back and visit - and stay at Maison De L'Orb - but not if we can't sleep!

Recommended for a short stay.

The location beside the river in Beziers was great and it was very easy to walk into town via the cathedral precincts. Our hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. Varied breakfast .

The rooms were a little cramped and the decor was jaded, although matched the charm of the property. There were several flights of stairs which led to the bedrooms.

Superb

Lovely little stay here, has a homely vibe. It wasn't too hot at night with the fan on, and cold water was readily available from Mark & Ben :) Good location also.

This is a very special B&B where one is made to feel welcome.

Superb view over the river from the room and an easy ascent by lift and stairs to the cathedral and centre of old town. The two owners made us feel very welcome and provided lots of local information. Breakfast was good.

We had no negative comments to make.

Cozy place with balcony to the river

Ben is a formidable guy. Very charming. The hotel is cozy and nice. The location in front of the river is the best. Room with balcony with view to the river.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, great service.

Great customer service from lovely hosts who offered a plentiful supply of chilled water. The breakfast was good and the bed very comfortable.

Although there was plenty of seating in the garden, it was a struggle to find anything vaguely clean enough to sit on. Not a deal-breaker but a potential area for improvement.

Very easy to cycle to,pretty view of the river and bridge)storage for bikes, close to town( free lifts to take you up to the top of town), really reasonably priced, good breakfast, very friendly hosts

There was no internet as they had been hacked, not their fault of course, but annoying. Had to close the window at night because of mosquitoes, it felt stuffy despite the fan

Perfect location for a visit to Beziers

When staying in Beziers we wanted to be close to the river and the town. Maison de l’Orb was the perfect spot. On the banks of the Orb and an easy walk to the town via the acropole. The views from our room were amazing, particularly at night when the vieux pont (old bridge) was lit up. We enjoyed our hosts Mark and Ben, they were very helpful suggesting places to dine and visit. Also lots of fun to chat with at breakfast.

Rejuvenating sojourn by the banks of the Bezier Orb

Very attentive gentlemen hosts who added that personal touch to my vacation. A fabulous location down by the river; I had the very spacious river view room which didn’t disappoint - the added bonus of the frog chorus was fabulous! The overall property was large and accommodating , superbly clean & fashioned in a quirky, fun and eclectic manner. Mark & Ben are knowledgable of the area, and any answer any questions you may have. A delightful daily breakfast was offered every day, with options of extra water/refreshments should you require.

At the time the internet was down, but personally for me it wasn’t a problem, and I was told about it on arrival.

A great reception from the hosts of this excellent BandB guesthouse. Great view from our balcony room out to the Pont Vieux, so close to the old medieval city sights,especially the magnificent Beziers Cathedral.A superb plentiful breakfast & most helpful informative hosts made our stay excellent,one to remember.

Exceptional

The ambience of our room and the whole house was very relaxing.. Especially liked the welcome given by Mark and Ben, which made us feel like home straight away. The view of the river and garden from our window certainly made our stay memorable. Would definitely like to stay again in the future.

the quaint Frenchness with traditional furniture and beams in the room. The view was lovely over the river and it was very close to the old town. Excellent continental breakfast with good choice of extras.

Our hosts are lovely and helpful, the accommodation is very stylish decorated. The room is nice and clean, with a big bathroom, and a nice view of Pont Neuf. We were glad for the fan in the room, as it was a very warm and close night. The location is just a short walk from the old city centre.

The only minor issue we had was that curtains had to stay open when the doors to the balcony were open, which felt a bit exposed (although it's unlikely anyone can look into the room). It was a very warm and humid night so for ventilation we slept with both the balcony doors open and the curtains open.

Great stay - location perfect for seeing Bezier

Lovely hotel - owners very nice and helpful. Wanted to leave our luggage as we were early, and were checked in early as well. Great location. Would stay again
