Quiet, comfortable, space to move, landscaped park, fridge and microwave in room with a counter to sit at.
It is fine. Parts of the site are looking a bit worn but that is ok if your expectations are not too high and remember the price is reasonable.

Lovely spacious cabin with good sized living and dining area. Hot shower with good pressure. Comfy bed. Bit chilly to start with but heaters kicked in nicely and kept the cabin warm all night.
Plug sockets in a bit of an odd place so had go go hunting for those.

This was a really different place to stay, some would say quirky. It is a theme park as far as I can tell with a cowboy/wild west theme. The room was part of a western town set up and I stayed in the General Store! It is very much set up for families. As it was February when I was there it was fairly quiet. As a solo traveller it was fine. The room had everything you need, and was well designed. A very enjoyable stay with friendly staff. Would recommend to all but especially families.

The property was filthy, broken wardrobes and cobwebs everywhere. The heating wasn’t able to be put on so we were freezing, the hot water in the shower burnt my 11 year old, when I told staff about the issues they didn’t care.
We had access to our room/lodge and that was it, the land of lights was turned off- we asked the receptionist about it, and she was extremely rude, said what did you expect me to do about it. When all I had done was ask why they were turned off earlier than online times were stated. Then I was called, and messaged from the said receptionist, within an hour- I had then received a further messaged from the manager, not apologising for the rudeness but to try and continue to argue
It was filthy and broken, staff were rude and horrid.

I liked the space of the comfort triple rooms and also there was a microwave and a fridge.
It was quiet
1:I didn’t really like the shower over the sink and a curtain covering the toilet. Everyday I had to wipe the floor so anyone of us could use the toilet as the floor was wet. Maybe the toilet should have a separate room.
2:The non existent WIFI, it would be helpful if the Wi-Fi could reach the log cabins that are further out.
You can’t control the heating, we were there during the cold spell and the rooms were cold.
3: On our first day at Adventurers village the woman who booked us in couldn’t even be bothered to ensure we found our cabin just drew on a map or even to smile to be fair she looked bored

Nice location + friendly staff and the light show was amazing
Nightmare inducing graffiti on kids bunk beds. Dried bogies on walls. Dirty cotton bud left near sink. Dirty plates + cutlery. Sharp staples hanging out of walls. Mold on door and around rooms

Room was very clean and comfortable

Lots of space for budget
Bathroom could have been slightly bigger and we had to ask for cutlery and plates as a well equipped kitchen ( in the description) we thought should have been in there plus a toaster .

The place was amazing
My son absolutely loved every part of it, including the night illuminations display which was on at the same time.
I have statyed here before and was even better this time, apart from the aeriel for the tv that was a little weird being situated in the bush out the front but wasnt a problem, more of a double take situation! Regardless, ill happily go there again tomorrow, brilliant place and the kids love it! Thankyou.

The property was compact and neat. There are a lot of play areas and well spaced accommodations. No restaurant due to the day of visit and COVID (I’m assuming)

Very unique place to stay for great value. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. In the morning I needed a taxi and Josh (I think) helped me out a lot by ordering the taxi through an app for me - thank you so much for that! :) The staff were really helpful, both when I arrived and when I left.
The location is a bit hard to find. Luckily it was an easy problem to solve by just calling reception :)
The sink in the bathroom is on top of the toilet and really hard to access. That was the only thing I didn't like.

El entorno es muy bonito. La decoración y la limpieza, buenas también.
Tuve un problema con el inodoro, que soltaba agua. Lo intentaron arregalar 2 veces, aunque no quedó del todo bien.

Staff rectified problems and the stay turned out quite nicely. Clean, comfortable, and fun. The communal areas for food and entertainment need updating and restocking, otherwise plan to go somewhere else to eat and spend time.
Originally, the photos of what I thought I was booking did not match what I was given on arrival. When I upgraded to a cabin, all was well. Just be really clear about whether you want a camping experience, or a shelter with water and electricity.

Great location for both parks - walking distance to both. Lovely cosy lodges to stay in.
The amenities in the room were substandard - you get a microwave, kettle and a fridge that is all. We had one fork, 3 spoons and a butter knife, one glass cup and one wine glass. Would really benefit from a toaster at least and a full set of cutlery/cups.
