Location was great and the view was lovely

There was no salt and pepper or oil and I only had half a toilet paper roll

that I paid for four people but linen wasn’t provided for the second bed so my 2 kids had to sleep in bed with my husband and I. when I called the next day all I got was a sorry the cleaners are supposed to leave sheets there we will drop some off for tonight and then had to make the second bed ourselves.

The location was great and the room was nice and the view , the shower and spa was beautiful was very affordable too. Parking was safely in basement too.

The dryer didn’t work , well it worked for abit and would stop. . We thought we would have a double room not two single beds .

Bed wasn't set up for children. Dirty sheets and pillows in cupboard Not enough towels for us all. Was given an after hours number but no one answered. Children had no where to sleep the first night

The sleeper couch is uncomfortable. Rest of apartment is good
