one bath and hand towel for the two of us to share and no linens or pillow for sofa bed. Check out includes running dishes, stripping beds, cleaning up, sorting trash and recyclables and taking out to appropriate bins.

we would have appreciated better kitchen set up for making coffee. There was a nespresso machine but no capsules . There was instant coffee but only one mug for coffee. There was espresso coffee but no espresso coffee maker..

Great location, on a quiet street but convenient for both the harbour area and the city centre, with three handy supermarkets to choose from nearby. The first floor apartment was very pleasant, clean, airy and modern. Comfortable main living/kitchen area with loads of space. Two great bathrooms (having a bathtub was particularly appreciated by our young children). The view is nothing special but was still nice to have a balcony. The parking space directly outside the building was convenient. Nespresso machine and capsules were very welcome!

Only minor things: the kitchen was good but could be better equipped. Not clear what is and isn't available on the Apple TV box, would be helpful to provide a brief guide to using it.

Comfortable, well equipped property close to the center of Reykjavik. Check in was easy and communication with hosts was clear and prompt. Lots of lovely cafés and attractions nearby.

The situation close to the harbour and practical amenities was convenient. There was a lot of space in the apartment.

For £1000/week, we were expecting more attention to detail and at least a thorough clean beforehand. I should not have to point out basic things like multiple blown lightbulbs. The views out of the apartment were quite poor - the bedroom view is not a garden, but bins. The living space is like a goldfish bowl from the street unless the blinds are down. The blind in the bedroom was also broken. Noise - we could hear the people above quite often. Communal entrance key - there was only one. Having to fumble around with key boxes every time you want to enter the property was not ideal. Overall these are not issues you should be expecting to deal with when paying £1000/week - plenty of profit to be put into maintenance.

Nice spacious apartment with small kitchenette, owners were responsive when messaged. Parking outside and comfortable beds with nice hot showers.

The internet TV box was missing so there was no TV, I did report this to the owners eventually someone came round but there was no resolution to the issue. Kitchen could have more equipment and some larger bowls if you are planning to cook whilst staying there. Pillows need replaced, they are very soft.

Apartman was really clean, in kitchen was everything what we need for our stay. One big room with kitchen, table for 6people, two bedroom with two bathroom.... the rooms were warm

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Easy to walk to many places to see and eat in Reykjavik and convenient to drive to and from when we needed to. Kitchen was great. Stocked with all that we needed. It felt like a home away from home.

Not very clean. The two beds and covers were dirty. The entire furniture was not that clean

Excellent location a short walk into the city centre, lovely bright and airy inside. Clean and a good range of facilities.

Nothing terrible about this location, my wife said the mugs were too small, hot water was smelly and the only tv to watch was channels you had to pay for.

The room was very good, clean and big enough for 3 adults. The location was perfect! It took about 10~15 mins for us to reach the downtown on foot. Also there are some supermarkets around the corner. The owner was really nice :) We left our house key outside of the key hole and locked our door from inside and we couldn't unlock and open the door from inside again then we called him at 11pm....But he came to us immediately. It was really helpful!
