It is ACTUALLY near downtown, the airport, the parks. 20-30 minute drive from OCCC Orange County Convention Center, Universal and Disney. Designed with modern elegance and Smart Home Technology Integration. Perfect mix of homely warmth and peace. Recent review: Pictures did not do any justice! HIGHLY recommended! More information ⭐️Smart Home Technology Integration In all Bedrooms for Locking the Door, Alarms, Music, Directions, and even more Recommendations—All with ONLY Your Voice⭐️ If your plan is to stay mainly in the local vicinity, you are only a 1-2 min drive or 10 min walk from dozens of amazing restaurants, shops and breweries. Most are located within half a mile of your unit. Getting around You can rent Lime bikes in the park to get around the neighborhood. Download the "lime bike" app and it can locate the nearest bike to you. If not, uber or lyft always comes quick. If you have your own car, there is plenty of free parking or on the street. Downtown is a 5-7 minute Über or Lyft. Park Ave. in Winter Park is 10 mins. MCO is 16 minutes (light traffic) or 20 minutes+ during rush hour. The theme parks (Universal, Disney, and Sea World) and Orange County Convention Center-OCCC (for Grace Hopper Celebration, GHC) are about 20-30. Nearby universities are UCF, Full Sail, Rollins, VAMP(Vocational Academy of Makeup and Prosthetics), and Valencia. Fine dining, Italian, Mexican, Thai, Asian, Subway, Five Guys, supermarket, coffee boutiques or sports bars are 5 minute walk away. Loved the property, location & service.
Logan was very responsive, very accommodating & pleasant to deal with.
The condo was clean and spacious and the property has great amenities (ie, fitness center right next door with ton if equip)
My son goes to Full Sail and this was not only close to him but also to plenty of restaurants and shops!

It was a terrible experience from the host who took 5 days to replace mildewed shower curtains to the old and rundown furniture, to the dingy linen, too few towels and hangers and broken dryer. We deserve an adjustment.

Great place! Very clean and well maintained. The only thing was a little strange was the bedroom arrangements. The king bed was in the room with the community bathroom with one sink and no TV. The queen bed was attached to the private bathroom which had 2 sinks and had a TV. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Communication with Frank was super easy. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Would suggest updates to pots and pans and dishes, needs a can opener and ice cream scooper. We only ate breakfast and lunch there. Beds were great. Couches were very low. Neighborhood was relatively new, easy parking. Restaurants nearby had variety and good service with reasonable prices. We brought our dog and the area was dog friendly.

This place was great for our wkend trip. The location in Baldwin park was perfect, in walking distance to everything! The owner, Frank, was very reliable and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

The location, for our purposes, was ideal. Property manager was courteous, helpful, and available when needed. The unit was clean, but the living room furniture could use an update. The sofas and chair sag and the fabric appears dingy and dirty. There are no end tables and only one upright floor lamp that didn’t help much with light for reading and such. Kitchen was basic and met our needs for our stay, but it would have been difficult to cook a full meal. Bed was comfortable (we didn’t use the other one), but the comforter in the king bedroom was worn and could use an update. Bathrooms and kitchen have nice countertops and appliances are in working order and modern. Overall, our stay was nice. If we were looking again for a similar place, we would definitely look at this one again, but would like to see some updates on the aforementioned issues before booking again.
