New clean apartment

The couch bed is not for sleeping. Very noisy and the mattress has to be changed

Very beautifully designed house, close to the famous Pompei ruins. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We missed the last train from Naples to Pompei (after 9 pm) and were stucked in the city, so the owner Joe arranged a private transport for us from Naples, which costed us almost the half price that the taxis asked for. Thank you Joe!

the apartment is super nice, useful, clean, and we’ll decorated. the shower is small but nice hot water. the terrace is a really nice detail. They left us enough coffee, toasts and other biscuits for the whole stay and more. we highly recommend it!

location is not the best. if you don’t have a car, need something more centric. also it’s tough to get food delivery in the area, and not many options to eat at night if you go by walking

After 3 days in Rome, my wife and my 9 y/o son, we decided to venture to Pompeii, visit old ruins and Mount Vesuvius. After having walked 15-20 km each day in Rome we arrived by train to Pompeii totally exhausted. So having a good night of sleep in a place where we could feel like at home was very important. We chose “Melito 30 - Raiola Welcome”. The apartment was simply awesome, super clean, lots of space, TV, wifi with “one click” instructions, snacks, breakfast, drinking water etc etc. But what made our stay like at home was personal attention we received from our host Mr. Joe. Double check of our arrival time, suggestions of where to have a late night dinner with multiple google maps location links. We were met upon our arrival by Joe’s colleague Mr. Antonio – one of these awesome Italians whose image you will never forget :). The place itself is 10 min away from the entrance to the old Pompeii site, easy to find when using google maps. So all in all – we will always remember our morning coffee at “Melito 30 - Raiola Welcome” in Pompeii. Thank you Mr. Joe, thank you Mr. Antonio :).

We are traveling around Naples and Pompeii and this was so far the best place that we have stayed. Staff was very helpful and kind. Apartment was very clean and everything was thought out. There were free snacks and great breakfast. Kitchen was equipped with everything to prepare meals and have a great sit down with our company. Recommend this place for everyone.

Everything! It was perfect for our anniversary. Joe and Antonio helped us out so much! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Breakfast was provided - everything was there when we arrived. Plenty of milk, lovely coffee, toasts, butter, yogurts as outlined in the description. There was also a box of snacks which kept us going all week with our lunches. If you wanted to get fresh bread, there was a nearby COOP (3 mins away) which had this and, of course, anything else you would need if you wanted to "eat in" - which we did. Kitchen had enough pots and pans to do this. Huge and soft towels in the bathroom. Very quiet location. Super terrace which also had some shade but a bench on the opposite of the property if you wanted more sun. We used the sofa bed too - which was easy to put out and away each day and was huge and comfortable. Excellent security with a fob to open the gate and put on an outside light. Air conditioning - which we used a little in the evening - was very efficient. WiFi also excellent. What you see in the photos is what is you get - lovely accommodation. This accommodation is not in the hustle and bustle of a busy tourist resort but it is a short walk to bus and train services and you can be in Sorrento in 30 mins in one direction and Naples in 30 mins in the other. Pompeii is walk-able as is Villa Poppaea at Oplontis and the beach in Torre Annunziata itself. Its also a short train ride to Vesuvius and Herculaneum. Joe arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and the cost compared very favourably with other private transport methods. The driver Antonio was also available if we wanted days out/transport on other days. If we had any questions, a quick message to Joe got a swift response and he also let us know about a chocolate festival going on in the area on our last day.

Nothing really. We were happy with our choice and very much enjoyed our stay in the accommodation and the Campania region generally.
