Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Das Bad war sauber. Haustiere erlaubt.

Ich war schon das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Beim ersten Mal vor 3-4 Jahren hatte ich eine tolle, saubere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Damals habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und bin daher gerne noch einmal wiedergekommen. Dieses Mal war ich leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Wohnung roch beim Betreten sehr unangenehm. Der Geruch stammte meiner Meinung nach von der ziemlich verlebten Schlafcouch, die dringend ausgetauscht werden sollte. Die Bettlaken waren fleckig (Decke und Kissen aber sauber und frisch), die Tapete löste sich im hinteren Schlafzimmer von der Wand, Rollläden defekt/ Bänder abgerissen, eine Steckdose war beschädigt, die Schubladen der Küchenzeile verschmutzt, eine Glühbirne der Deckenlampe im Wohnzimmer defekt und an einigen Stellen Schimmel. Ein Pflaster klebte an der Wand... Laut der Bewertungen bestehen einige dieser Mängel zum Teil schon länger und wurden bisher nicht behoben. Das finde ich sehr schade, weil es wie gesagt früher eine tolle Unterkunft war.

Upon arrival we called the number as per our booking.com - the person who answered did not speak English and thus hung up the phone despite mentioning booking.com. We called back and used the translator app to try and find out if we were at the right place still unsure whether we were or if someone was coming. After traveling hours in a car, this is not ideal upon arrival. Upon entering the building it wreaked of marijuana and it immediately made me feel unsafe. (This is not criticism to the owner as the host was very upset with the other tenants in the building who were the ones smoking).

don't rent for more than a day or two!!! I rented this location for a week, I paid, and the next day the woman who owns the hotel called the police to come and force us to vacate the hotel room, this woman ruined my vacation and did not want to return my money. and when I called her and asked her, she lied and said that she didn't call the police and that she wanted the keys to the apartment. it doesn't seem normal to me, how could such a thing be possible???? I have a lot of pictures of my conversations with her, unfortunately I can't post them here, so that future customers can see who this woman is. I'm sorry for a bad experience, I don't recommend it. I don't want anyone to experience this... he ruined my vacation and took €450... money or lost. a woman of zero grade! I filed a complaint with the police, and because this morning he entered my room without my consent and checked my things, be very careful not to be left without jewelry or without money.

I paid for a week, and the next day he called the police to kick me out of the hotel and lied that he didn't call the police, a disastrous hotel!!! if you pay for several days they will call the police and kick you out and won't refund your money!! I do not recommend !!!!!

A place for a sleep-over.

Not super clean, not super cozy, looks much better in pictures. But ok for one night stay.

Great location and easy check in.

The kitchens utensils were a little basic but we didn't really use anything apart from the kettle. The toilet seat needs fixing.

Lack of parking space was a real problem for us as we were transiting through Germany with a lot of luggage. Parking was blocked by a big van and we had to find public parking bringing lots of stuff inside which was not handy.
