An amazing MOUNTAIN VIEW hotel with family oriented staff and UNLIMITED ALA CATTE FRESH Breakfast

I have to say this was the BEST hotel one can find around Murree and Bhurban, for the price of just 10-12 k Pakistani Rupees the hotel is a perfect location for your family. The staff is super friendly and very respectful, the best part you get amazing views and BREAKFAST is complimentary ALACART UNLIMITED so you can keep ordering whatever you like in breakfast FRESH AND ON ORDER Unlimited. Loved the experience and this is my definite go to whenever i plan to visit Murree or Bhurban again, btw my suggestion stay in this hotel and roam around on your car much better than spending thousands on expensive hotels around.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Holiday Grand Resort Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding scenery. The amenities were top-notch, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious meals served at the on-site restaurant. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, helping with any request or question I had. I can't wait to return to the Holiday Grand Resort Hotel for another unforgettable vacation. It's no wonder this place has earned its 5-star rating – it truly exceeded all my expectations

They have professional staff in all departments specially Mr.Qamar always ready to solve the issues out of the box. The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing, you enjoy the food as well as view while having dinner

It was overall very good to stay there.

breakfast was included in hotel booking package. There was variety of meals for a reasonable breakfast. Overall it was good.

Room Service was a little slow. They were unable to manage the burden in busy time. But it happens at the busy days i guess

Service and food needs to be improved alot. They are too overpriced for their service n facilities

For 2 days there was no cable tv Frequent electricity outages during our stay and 2 nights were spent with no electricity mains, just backup ups on which we could not use air conditioner Food was very oily and very very overpriced A small bowl of soup cost us nearly Rs 700 including tax, and the taste was pathetic

The place that makes you feel like home.

I like the most about the welcome and hospitality of the the staff especially Mr. Ihtisham Matloob and Mr. Tayyab. Mr. Ihtisham was always at forefront for any support during my stay. He made my stay feel like home. This hotel is located at very prominent site with full peace and calm. It was having an amazing view of valley. Top floor live bar b q grill is worth to enjoy for dinner with live music.

Views were fantastic from the rooms that had views. Was safe with guard present. Staff were courteous.

Unfortunately the rooms and linen was not clean. Which was disappointing. Needs to be cleaner in not only the rooms but also the main areas Breakfast was well put out but not clean area and many flies. Overall a lot of work needs to be done re cleaning.

Just breathtaking views from the Roof top.

Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views,J enjoyed the hospitality and well mannered staff. Did mention few things to improve and they were very cooperative. Would recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday .

Wonderful experience

Excellent breakfast 👌 with amazing view of mountains , it was very natural and peace full place . Operational Manager Mr.Shahzad provide us marvelous services and I must mention about Mr.Khayam at front desk / reception , provide us very professional services . Room services were also wonderful. G.M Fahad has an extra ordinary skills to run that place . It was such a wonderful experience . I must recommend all my AMERICAN friends to always stay with you guys .
