Poor

The location of the hotel is good. Also, prices are affordable. However, the hotel is not clean at all. Blood-stained bathrob was given to me. I used the towels instead. When I asked them to change the towels, they did not change it. The air-conditioning doesn't work properly. In the room where I stayed, the bathroom was clogged, so I couldn't take a shower properly.

When I checked in, I realised there were no windows in the room that I had booked. I have checked the photos from other websites, and I booked the place on booking. I felt disappointed that I hadn't realised it. I changed my room. If you can find a place with better options, choose that one, I think.

Pleasant

In the room was moist and stifling. For one-two night is accetable but not more. We hadn't enough toilet paper but we got more after asking. The breakfast was poor but tasty. Should be more vegetables and some fruits.

Nice breakfast and balkony, the nicest lady on breakfast! the Stuff at all were super sweet!

rooms were terrible, extremely small there was mold in the bedroom, the refrigerator stinked, we didn’t feel comfortable in the room, even though we had the better room due to booking travel program.

All in all really nice Hotel, staff is cool and Food is tasty.

The Property was really nice and cozy. The Breakfast was really tasty and fresh. The receptionist Girl and also The cooking Woman were very helpful and kind. There was a big balcony for everyone and also big terasse with an estonishing view of Tbilisi and parts of the Caucasus Mountains.

For me personally the location has some pros and also cons. For someone who really doesn't care about walking up on hill every day its perfect, but for me the only way to go to the hotel was by cab or some other transport.

Hotel was very clean and the breakfast area was great. The location is decent, as long as you don't mind walking uphill for 5 or 10 minutes.

Radiators didn't work and the room was quite cramped, especially the shower.

good stay. very uphill place.

the room was nice and the receptionnist and breakfast staff as well. they managed to do a laundry for us in no time.

location is not so convenient. this is very steep and very uphill. a tough 12 minutes walk from rustaveli station. i cannot imagine older people getting there pf people with actual suitcases. shower was not draining properly.

Living in a noisy basement

The lady who run the kitchen and made breakfasts is very friendly, she was the highlight of our stay in this hotel.

The room was in the basement, we didn't even have natural light in there. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description of the room while booking and the photos did not reveal it either. The hair dryer in the bathroom was working for only 10 min in a row. The room is noisy, we could hear everyone speaking at the reception area. No sound insulation at all. The air conditioner was so old, we didn't even dare to turn it on. It is supposed to be used for the heating in autumn and winter as there is no central heating in the building. The room was not cleaned during the whole stay, we only got towels changed and the trash been was emptied several times. Linen was not changed throughout all 9 nights of stay. The choice of food for the breakfast was rather modest but you could find something to eat still. Also it was really nice to have a chance for a fresh cooked omlet or fried eggs. The most painful thing with breakfast for us was the fact that there is no coffee machine, only instant coffee was available. The location is ok, just 10 min walk from Rustaveli metro station but all the way up - be ready for that. We were ok to have a bit of walking every now and then but can be quite challenging for someone with health issues. Overall can't recommend this hotel to anyone. I would prefer to stay in a chain hotel next time to be sure about the quality I get.

Very good,comfortable and clean room for a very good value of the money. Staff very nice and helpfull. They also allowed to leave the luggage after check out when we had a free time before flight. Tasty breakfast included in the price. Highly recommended.

Feels like home! The staff were friendly, the terrace is beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful 😊 It's up a steep hill but it's definitely worth the view you get from the rooftop cafe.

The bed was comfy and the view from the room was nice.

The internal soundproofing was very poor. We had the room next to the elevator and it was like hearing a train every time the elevator was on the move. The room was quite small, barely enough place for the luggage. The double bed was accessible only from one side.

Hotel with a terrace with a wonderful view of the city. 35 min walk to the old town. Delicious breakfast.
