Location is probably okay if you use a car, but still fine, a bit less than 3 km from city centre.

I could check in early since the room was already ready! There was a little fridge in the room! And a small kitchen in the hallway for communal use!

The location was 25 minutes away from the city centre by foot. The sheets were quite short, long people wouldn’t fit.

Clean spacious room, no outside noise and comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to my various needs. Useful cooking facilities which saved me a fortune from eating out.

Very functional, clean, and minimalist hotel. The staff is friendly and quick. The front desk is closed during the day, but they are available by phone and allow remote check-in. I think this hotel is a good solution for travelers with a car because there is plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. It is more difficult for those who travel by public transportation. There is a bus nearby, but it runs once per hour after 8 pm. Overall, the hotel is exactly as described. It met my expectations and budget (I found it overpriced, though). All the central hotels were booked or very expensive, so I appreciated what I got. NB: there is a shared kitchen and something like a living room. I didn't use them, but I saw people sitting there with wine and laptops. It looked cozy ))

Location for the price, very very kind staff, everything was clean. There is no all day bar in the hotel ( only breakfast) or nearby, so they have an automat with beer and outside place if you want to drink something before sleeping. Perfect for visit Linz if you don't need launch or dinner in the hotel.
