Room is very nice and large, very good AC, very good bed, very good shower, very good view from balcony right in front of sea Facility / location are great Beach set up is good, beach bar also good. Pool nice, good music on the beach, good music in the evening. Bit small the pool

Staff is not properly educated - no greetings from reception when you enter the hotel ( they look at you until you say hi first ) Valet Parking did not help with the suitcases at departure from hotel Valet Parking gives " unhappy look " if no Tips given . makes guests feel uncomfortable Waiters push you for the Tipps. It s a TIPPS Mindset there in the staff which is not good at all for such a good hotel Food at Luna Restaurant is very expensive. Menu not offering variety Breakfast time is very short 8 - 10.30AM, and they close it 10.30 sharp. At such high level hotels, 20 - 30 Mins buffer time should be given to customers to enjoy the breakfast. After all, we are there to relax, not to stay with the eyes on the watch to see if I catch some breakfast.

Downsize, people working at hotel near Opera, making a lot of noise 7.00 o’clock in the morning even on Saturday and Sunday.

The location is perfect. Direct access to the Beach and Sea. breakfast was amazing. Best in the area.
