Bien, sans plus.

L’accueil a été cordial. Petit déjeuner copieux. Possibilité d’utiliser un lave-linge et un sèche-linge. Douche chaude. Cuisine bien équipée. Possibilité de laisser des bagages en consigne pendant le trek.

Chambre bruyante à côté de la cuisine alors qu’il y en avait une de libre beaucoup plus calme. Literie fatiguée.

Buena atención por parte del dueño y quien estaba a cargo del lugar, el lugar siempre estuvo limpio, ordenado y calefaccionado. Cocina bien equipada y a disposición.

A bad experience

Nothing, everything was bad or meh

The room was cold and old, the bathroom look like it was fallin apart and the reception was messy, the price was one WITH the taxes on booking app but when we arrive there the price was higher cause "it didn't had the taxes yet" we left with no option but stay there cause it was late, the price is insanly high for the bad room, not recommended

No atienden bien

La pieza estaba calefaccionada, permiten guardar la maleta una vez hecho el check out. Que haya "desayuno incluido" (te ponen encima de la mesa huevos, queso, pan, para que uno se sirva) y que sepueda utilizar la cocina. Es bastante mejor que el Isla Yu 2, donde también nos quedamos.

No hay buena atención a los huéspedes recién llegados, tratamos de comunicarnos varias veces para informar nuestra llegada (llegábamos 11 pm) y cuando llegamos nos mostraron la pieza y punto, no nos dijeron ni donde estaba el baño, ni a qué hora era el check out. De hecho, cuando tomábamos desayuno, llegaron unos turistas extranjeros perdidísimos y pidieron hablar conmigo pensando en que trabajaba ahí, asi que les hice el favor de llamar al dueño. En la tarde, llegaron otros turistas en la misma situación.

Must stay

This was a fantastic stay. Stayed before and after o trek and on route back from El Calafate. The room was comfortable. The breakfast provided was fab and you were made to feel at home. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and preparing o trek meals. Jimy the owner was lovely! He was so kind and went out of his way to help us!

It was a good 20 - 25 minute walk to town which some people may not like, we didn't mind. The room could be chilly but thankfully gas heater to give it a blast of heat before bed

Local aconchegante com excelente custo benefício.

Local muito aconchegante e com limpeza adequada. Jimy é simpático e disposto a ajudar. Cozinha compartilhada bem equipada, permitindo interação com outros hóspedes. Café da manhã com opções veganas (pão e geleia). Banheiro é compartilhado mas muito espaçoso e limpo. Foi possível alugar equipamentos para trekking/camping (alugamos sacos de dormir).

Localização é boa, perto da estação de onibus, mas não tão perto de restaurantes e comercio. Em minha opnião o saco de dormir que aluguei não era totalmente apropriado para o frio que faz em Torres del Paine.

L'hôte est très accueillant. Nous sommes arrivés tard mais il a été très disponible. Nous sommes repartis très tôt mais le petit déjeuner était déjà prêt Facilité de communication, endroit très calme, propre avec de vastes espaces . Je recommande vivement Merci pour votre accueil

Good stay overall 😄

Very good location - close to the bus station and there’s a convenient store just a minute walk away. The hostel has a homey feel to it, the kitchen is fully equipped (stoves are working and the kitchen has an oven).You can also rent equipment and clothing in the hostel (plus book tours). The owner was lovely 😄

The plug/charging port in our room in the lower floor was not working but we were able to charge in the lounge The kitchen needs tidying up. The toilets doesn’t have bins!

An affordable clean place to stay.

Location and the breakfast was awesome. Make your own egg and sandwiches. Jimena was very helpful!

The rooms were very warm but we were in between seasons of fall and winter. Made it tough to control temps.

Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, great kitchen and bathroom as well as really cosy living room to chill out in

only downfall is it’s a bit outside of the centre- 25 min walk. but doesn’t really matter as everything you need is in the hostel.

The room I booked was given to someone else and I was downgraded to one next to the kitchen. Although the price different was 16 USD, I only got the possibility to pay 8 USD less Only 2 bathrooms for the whole hostel Bathrooms quite dirty in the evenings and mornings Room next to the kitchen with very thin walls, could hear everything next door (bring earplugs) Location a bit far from town Cleanliness of the room (dirty tissue under the bed, bin not emptied)

Great base for trekking

Great place, it's a very relaxed place, the owner gives you a lot of freedom and is very friendly. You can rent all kinds of gear for the trekking. You can store your luggage, and do laundry for a fee. The breakfast is out in the night, so even if you have to wake up early you can grab breakfast, the breakfast is amazing. Plus great internet, I liked staying here.

It's far from the center, so if you like going out for dinners or stroll around the shops, it's quite a walk.

Friendly busy hostel

We arrived late afternoon and after some misunderstanding we managed to check in. Room was clean and located just off the kitchen area. Hostel was located 15 - 20min walk from the main bus station and around 25min walk from town centre. We didn't spend much time in the hostel as we only stayed one night, but there were a lot of items you could rent before trekking. The communal area looked comfortable and shared bathroom was clean. We left early next morning and there was a self serve breakfast provided with cheese, bread, coffee etc.

The hostel was located outside of town.

Wonderful hospitality

Our host was very kind and accommodating. We arrived very late because our bus was delayed, but he stayed up to check us in. Breakfast here was wonderful! It was the best hostel breakfast we've seen in Patagonia so far.

The bedroom was very warm and the window didn't open. This is my only complaint. Everything else was great.

Good

Gas heater in the room that really heats the space. Well-equipped kitchen. Space in the lounge to practise setting up your tent. Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in to the room early. Good location for the bus station but a bit of a walk from town. Breakfast is out early so you can eat before a day trekking.

No hand towels in the bathrooms to dry your hands after washing. Not enough hooks in the bedroom. No bathmat in the bathrooms. Cold, drafty room with gaps in the wooden window frame that allows the wind through. No wastebin in the room. Mattress was too firm for my liking.

Kitchen was well equipped. Host was welcoming and friendly. Property was warm.

The room we were allocated felt low quality. It was out the back off a storage area which was very messy. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that came in too our room. The room looked unfinished with wires hanging from the ceiling. Nails also hanging out near the top bunk. Breakfast was left out overnight which didn't feel very hygenic. Location is a walk from the centre. Shower in the shared bathroom seemed unclean and not well kept up too.

Exceptional

Such lovely hosts, helped us with everything! The kitchen is large with all you need, and the breakfast is very generous. The bed was very comfortable and the room nice and warm. A great budget option, feels like a home away from home. we would definitely stay again.

It is a little further out of the main part of town than some hostels, but there are shops very nearby and it is a quiet neighbourhood, so we liked that too!

Lovely Hostel and good value for money.

The host Jimmy was a gentleman and helped us out with options for hikes in the national park when the rangers were on strike. The room was comfortable and the shower was always hot. Good value for money in the area. Close to the bus stop.

The kitchen utensils could be a little cleaner. The hostel was a 20 minute walk from the centre.
