THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE BED WAS CONFORTABLE . THE STAFF CAN BE LITTLE MORE HELPFUL BUT THEY WERE ACTING LIKE THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR BUT ALL IN ALL IT WAS GOOD HOTEL , NICE LOCATION.

Comfortable enough hotel. Excellent location in the tourist area with all the restaurants and action. Very attentive and helpful staff. Appreciate change of room due to A/C in the initially assigned one not working.
The interior of the rooms is quite nice and the rooms are well equipped but it is hard not to notice some minor defects here and there - floor in the shower is not properly inclined and bathroom gets flooded, lack of free power sockets, shower (in the first room) did not operate properly. This little things can be somewhat annoying.

The A/C was not working at all, we were 2 family, in our room was so cold that we needed to change the room and in the other it was so hot that they needed to stay with the windows opened. Also, the noise from the outside was poluting the silence of the room. (couldn't sleep from the noise)

Clean, staff extremely friendly, great position of the location both to the center and to the beach. Even if in the middle of Old Town, you cannot hear the music.
This time I stayed at the last floor (4th), on the attic. The elevator goes only till 3rd floor and we had to climb the last floor stairs. Small issues with the shower as the water was not draining. We arrived at 9.30 at breakfast and the buffet was almost empty (very few choices) and was not a refill even if promised.

Amazing location, right in the middle of the old town, walking distance to the port and to so many restaurants and bar.

The cleaning could have been better - bed rest and sofa chair were stained.
The pictures online show a much bigger room - we paid extra to have one but it felt like a regular room.
The breakfast is not buffet and not the best quality either- you need to choose from a menu only 1 type - continental (not the best), english, eggs (even worse), etc.

The facility was nice and the staff was nice and welcoming. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks. Free breakfast.
Shower drain was clogged and caused water to be all over the floor inthe bathroom.

The water was not warm enough, it was running more cold than warm, I had to shower quickly.

Excellent hotel!! I will give 5 stars !!! Everything was overwhelming, great staff, super friendly, great breakfast, luxury room! I recommend it with pleasure!

the only thing to like about this hotel was actually the location and cleanliness. it not new, but it's a renovated hotel. for the price, it's an ok hote, but don't expect anything special.
typically in Romania, the stuff is not particularly service oriented to feel you welcoming. the breakfast was very limited and basically the same, they offer only a la carte menu and if you have a longer stay, you run out of options very fast. and the quality of the breakfast very average. the water temperature and pressure was really a problem in the rooftop room and constantly flooding bathroom floor was annoying.
