Very good location. We stayed 5 nights in Nice based in this apartment but travelled a lot, Cannes, Antibes, Eze, Monaco, Menton etc. Every time the location of the apartment was perfect to catch the bus or tram or train. It was small but convenient, we had our breakfast in its cute balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was too hot but the fan in the common area and the lamp+ventilator at the ceiling saved the nights.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. But this was not a big problem for a short stay.

Could have been cleaner for our arrival. No air conditioning which is an absolute must in summer but that was our fault for not checking.

Very good apartment at excellent location. Easy access to public transportation. Not so difficult to move to airport with public transportation. Extremely easy to move to Monaco by bus. Lot of restaurants in the vicinity.

Nothing wrong in the apartment however, there few details to be improved by owner of the apartment to make the stay of his guests fully comfortable, for example it will be better to put in the apartment two additional chairs and to add one or two additional towel hangers in bathroom.

Enough room for 2, clean, kitchen, tv, big terace, quite place.

Clean, confortable and in a goog area.
