Sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Pool. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Top Lage zum Parkeingang, Parkplatz war auch super.

Im Badezimmer war bei Ankunft eine große Wasserlache und es war Schimmel an den Decken. Trotz versuchter Behebung hat es weiter von der Badezimmerdecke getropft. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und Zimmer. Kein Fenster zum Öffnen. Zimmer schauen auf den Bildern besser aus. Bei der Matratze hat man die Metallfedern im Rücken gespürt. Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig (Haare im Bett, Staub/Schmutz unter den Betten).

La cercanía al parque, el desayuno y el lugar tan tranquilo en el cual uno se encontraba, dio la sensación de paz. Es un buen lugar para descansar y conocer Manuel Antonio en general.

La ubicación, la habitación, el personal y su asesoramiento... todo genial, muy recomendable

Super buena nota Andres, la verdad me gusto mucho el trato y el hotel es muy amigable para estar en pareja o amigos y pasar un buen fin de semana, nada mas que decir, el desayuno super bueno y agradecido con todo!

Great location! Close to the park, beach and many restaurants all within walking distance. My kids enjoyed the pool and the included breakfast was perfect.

The place to stay very close to the entrance to Manuel Antonio Park and less than 10 minutes walk from the beach. Room was clean, pool was nice breakfast was good too.

Booked a room for 1 night. They wrote me a message that the payment was not succesfully. So i payed a second time, but they payment not came out. The guy in the receptionist was so rude with me. After that the room was okay, but not that I choose. According to him he gave me the best room. This is a hostel not a Hotel you need to check it before to decide to stay there.

I was a little hesitant to book the property initially since some of the reviews said the room did not match the photos. We booked the deluxe king room and it was exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious, with two comfortable huge beds, and still well within our budget. It is not a luxury property but since we were going to spend most of our time at the beach or at other activities, this worked out very well. The location was unbeatable with a walking distance to the beach, Manual Antonio park, and many restaurants. Breakfast was included and was decent with a 24 x 7 coffee machine (which also had hot chocolate that was hit with our kids). Pool was small but worked well for us, it was never crowded. We used the pool every day after coming back from the beach. There was onsite parking available. The staff was very polite and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip.

There was no way to control the water temperature. The water was hot during the day (since it was hot outside) or cold at turned on at night. It didn't bother us much since we visited in peak summer month but good to note this down.

The room was located on top the reception and restaurant so you can hear all the music, calls, and preparation for the service at 5AM. They told us the breakfast was at 7am or 8am. We when at 8am and we just find a few things. That was ok but the service at the breakfast was not the best We asked like help for the coffee machine and the girl was not nice at all.

Located about 50m from Manuel Antonio park entrance, our fear was it would be extremely noisy. However, once you walked through the gate, it was noticeably quieter and once the park closed was very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful - breakfast every morning was great with a good selection (cereal, toast, eggs & bacon etc.) Pool was nice to relax around, especially after a hot day.

Can't complain too much given the hotel is extremely close to the park (and by extension the forest), but we had a cockroach take up residence in our bathroom.

The staff was absolutely lovely. They watched our bags for us after checkout until we caught our shuttle to the airport. Hostel cat was adorable and friendly. Bathrooms by the pool were very clean. About 50 feet from national park entrance.

We were expecting the large room in the pictures with a view and wooden art on the walls - unfortunately we got a very small, hostel quality room (the one with red walls in the pictures). There were cracks in the walls that allowed mosquitoes and ants to get in all night, there was not any wifi in the room, and the TV did not work. Honestly would have been perfect for a young couple backpacking, or friends in college - but just not what we were expecting based off photos

I really liked the staff. The front desk girls and the breakfast girls. They are really friendly and helpful. The one that works at night was my favorite. I forgot her name but she was doing multiple things and did it so great. She helped me book for the park as well. She was so nice and very helpful.

I didn't like the ants in the room. It made it uncomfortable because there were a lot.

I take hot showers, so the water was a bit too cold for me. But nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.

Clean, comfortable. Melina was exceptional.

The rooms are more like a prison - very small and reduced to the minimum - very cold and no charm at all. Bed is 140 size and madras was very hard.

WELAN did not work at all - and for that price it should The staff was friendly and tried to fix it - after hours of trial I asked for a compenstation that I did not receive.
