With stunning Gulf views from the living room and the master bedroom, a full kitchen equipped with all of the essentials, and one covered parking space, the famous Florida lifestyle is waiting. There are only nine total units, so you will have a low-key, quiet stay without feeling like you’re competing for space at a resort. What's nearby: This private community includes a clay tennis court with an on-site tennis pro for lessons, a shared pool, and three shared docks. The private community docks allow you to bring in a small boat, kayak, or paddleboard directly from the lagoon behind Greer Island (affectionately known as Beer Can Island). Located just over the Longboat Key bridge, this home is a short walk from the North Shore beach, cafes, and shopping! Historic Bridgetown and Longboat Key Bayfront Park are just a short drive away. Kayak, boat, or paddleboard right out back from the Beer Can Island lagoon directly into the Gulf of Mexico or Sarasota Bay. Things to know: Shared swimming pool Free WiFi Community docks are on a first come first serve basis Strict 30-day minimum stay This property is managed by Vacasa Florida, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: 3 Private docks are available for guest use, at no extra charge. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
