This home is located on the public side of Lake Anna, offering a brick path to the beach that continues to a private dock and swimming area. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License; all fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License. No fireworks are allowed and quiet time is 11 pm to 7 am. These rules, as well as pet restrictions and maximum occupancy, are monitored by the HOA. They will evict guests for violating these rules. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
