very clean & well decorated room with kitchen facilities. combined with a perfect location between the old town of Sirolo & Numana and the beautiful Urbani beach (all walking distance within 10 min). perfect daily cleaning and changing of sheets regularly and fantastic hosts. for sure we will return

Many things, in particular considering it’s so close to town we were surprised how quite it was. Also, a big thanks to Jacopo for giving me a lift to the beach when the bus didn’t show up (apparently the beach bus won’t run if it rains!).
Honestly I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

The place is amazing, quiet, clean and for the breakfast is given a voucher to take it to another place close to the hotel that has a view of the sea and it was an amazing experience.
I loved everything in the hotel.

Fresh and nicely furnished family run b&b in a quiet area of Sirolo. In walking distance of the cosy historic centers of both Sirolo and Numana, with its restaurants and beaches. Impeccable and spacious rooms. We were kindly welcomed by Valentina and Jacoppo, who were very available with help and advise.

No snacks with coffee. I assume this is due to covid protocol.
Could have used some decoration on the walls of the room.

Strategic location with easy access to both Sirolo and Numana. San Michele beach is also within walking distance and we had deckchairs reserved at “Da roberto” which was a very comfortable plus coming with the B&B reservation. The breakfast was also great and the staff very friendly and with good tips for the day and restaurants. Hugely recommended!

This lovely nice B&B is located very strategically as it is closed to both Sirolo and Numana by walking distance, which is super handy.
Host is super friendly and helpful. We got great tips and hints for top restaurants and places to visit. This is a good example of great Italian hospitality.
This place normally offers breakfast in house, however due to covid 19 situation it wasn’t possible. Instead our breakfast was served in a bar located in center of Sirolo with an amazing see view. On the top, we got free sunbeds and umbrella to enjoy nearby beach called spiaggia Urbani.
I would definitely recommend this accommodation due to its location, services and also very clean and specious rooms.

Very nice and clean place. Close to beach, centrum of Sirolo and Numana. Usefull host ,very good breakfast with fantastic capuccino.
The room was missing a safe and big mirror.Sometimes to loud
for people who like to sleep longer.
