Fantastic communication from our hosts from start to finish. Excellent location, easy walk into town and lots of shops/supermarkets to get food. Easily walk to the Camel Trail. Instant boiling water tap really useful. All the facilities and comforts of home. Always warm and gas fire a plus. Lovely bedding and comfy beds, plus toiletries and hand sanitizers in the bathrooms. Very pet friendly. Sweet garden and would be lovely to sit in the summer. Spotlessly clean. Cannot fault!
We spent most of our time in the smaller living room off the kitchen, so a small tv in the space would have been great, but by no means essential!!

The location was ideal for exploring further afield in Cornwall by car and it was also only a few minutes walk into Wadebridge town centre.
Having to come home! We cannot fault our 7 night stay at Brookdale House.

Beautiful house. Very clean with everything we needed. Hosts were there to greet us with keys.
Door stops would be good to avoid doors slamming.

Nothing was too much trouble with very friendly owners. Great location with a short walk into Wadebridge. Lots of independent shops and cafes.
