Great looking place but has problematic heating during cold season

Nicely arranged room with a great atmosphere and facilities. It has a very modern look and it is very close to the train station, if you plan traveling by train. There are also a lot of convenience stores nearby and the Promenada Mall is 10 min away.

During the stay that took place in February, because the weather was cold, the boiler that was right inside our room worked all time during the night. This resulted not only in a lot of noise, but also in excessive heat in our room. I personally had a lot of trouble sleeping during the night because of how hot it was. The radiators couldn't be turned down or off because the thermostatic valves were broken. Also, it was forbidden to change the settings of the boiler heater and there was no thermostat such that to control the temperature inside of our room. This was extremely unpleasant and I hope the owner fixes this during this year, before the cold season comes again. The overall experience was alright, especially during the day.

Great spot with a breathtaking view

It is a nicely furbished apartment, located in a modern building near to the train station, groceries and in 10min walk to the Old Town. All the facilities, including the view, are according to the descriptions and photos (closets, table, chairs, very clean and tidy linen and towels, shower gel & shampoo, toiletries, hairdryer, fridge, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, even a small library with bestsellers in English/French/Romanian). Although we didn't met, the hosts are very nice and friendly. Overall very good spot, for short and long stays.

Not necessarily a negative factor, but for who it might concern: a microwave would be helpful especially when you travel with kids during cold seasons.

Clean with Free Parking and close to everything

Clean, 10 min walk from historical city center, 2 min walk from bus and train stations (but very quiet inside the apartment), spacious, very secure, air conditioning and storage space + FREE PARKING in front of the property.

The sink and shower drainage was a bit clogged.

We booked 10 minutes upon our arrival and it all went smoothly. - the self check-in was fun; - 24/7 market in front of the building; - close to old town; - very close to the train station; - big windows so the view is nice; - clean and nicely decorated; - the kitchen has all you need (especially spices, ingredients and even coffee); - free parking.

Exceptional

Fantastic place, just at the edge of the historical center, very clean and well maintained. Big comfortable bed and a nice view towards the outskirts of Sibiu. Easy check in and check out, and hosts that go an extra step to accommodate their guests. We would like to return here when visiting Sibiu again.

Good location, nice apartment

Very good location: Near the city centre, near the shopping mall, train station. Benefit: small grocery store 24/7 downstairs. Big and nice bathroom and good WIFI.

In the apartment, there was no TV in the living room (even I see it in the pictures), where we stayed together.

Perfect! Comfortable and good location.

Just perfect: information to get there very clear; all the amenities you need; super comfortable; location near railway station and on walking distance to old town. Supermarket near by. One can tell the hosts have travelled and know what a traveller needs. Thanks!

Great value and no fuss, close to centre

Apartment 16 is a very spacious studio-flat, fully furnished and equipped, having a double bed as well as a single sofa bed. Everything was new, stylish, clean. Free public parking. Very close to the main attractions - just 800 m from Piata Mare. We only stayed two nights, but we enjoyed every moment. It is true, the building is close to a train line, but I was not bothered by the noise that much, mainly because I live in a very noisy city and I have been using earplugs for years. There are very thick curtains as well as modern shutters, so the room can be pitch dark at night, which is very restful. The hosts provided everything, from towels for the bathroom and extra sheets, duvets and pillows, to coffee pods for the Nescafe machine. There were also many useful items for the kitchenette - salt, sugar, oil. There is a TV with a large variety of films and programmes. It is all just like in the photos, from the four-poster bed, to the lovely Greek-style bathroom. A big thank you to the hosts for everything!
