Recommended for staycation

The owner was really nice to offer us a better option which would suit our needs best. The facilities in our room were kind of old but it was not substandard, this will definitely be one of my options if I need a place to stay again in case we would have big events nearby. The room where we stayed had really great view!

Just the availability of facilities posted versus the actual. Thought we would have a hair blower but it wasn't available, and the owner was not reachable when we tried to ask, it wasn't too much of a deal but it would have been best to list or disclose which and which are not subject to availability.

Overall it was good.

Staff is friendly

Check-in was not good. Room was not prepared. Security had to help contact the host. This needs to be fixed.

The location and the views are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has its own parking and as if you have your own condo. Good place to get together with friends and family who can’t visit the provinces. Also good opportunity to cook your own dishes.

The apartment we stayed in needs a little bit of TLC to bring its standard high.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a condotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I stepped foot in the establishment, I was blown away by the level of service and comfort provided. The condotel itself was beautifully designed, with modern and luxurious furnishings. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The caretaker , also the security gurads at the condotel were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One of the standout features of the condotel was the stunning views it offered. Whether it was a panoramic cityscape or a breathtaking ocean view, every room seemed to have a picturesque vista. It was a treat to wake up to such beautiful scenery each morning. Plus it is beside the Rizal Park where you can wake up every morning to jog and run. The condotel also boasted impressive facilities. There was a state-of-the-art gym and a sparkling swimming pool. These amenities added an extra level of luxury and convenience to my stay. The location of the condotel was also ideal. It was situated in a prime area, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and tourist attractions. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and experiencing all it had to offer. I was able to visit the National Museum and Robinsons Mall. Overall, my experience at this condotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of top-notch service, luxurious accommodations, and convenient location made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this condotel to anyone in search of a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. I stayed for 6 days and for this memorable stay it is very inexpensive and super value for the money!

There are quite few things I would like to say, there are little cockroaches and the aircon is a little noisy at night. I hope they can set up more kitchen utensils and bigger pan.

Great Stay Big Rooms Near Manila Tent Hotel Luneta Park

I love how the pictures advertised are the same when we got there. I also like the customer service. There is no inconvenience except for the parking confusion and internet connection. It is clean. The place is big for the six of us and it is near The Manila Tent Hotel. Overall transaction and our stay is smooth, guards are friendly. The views are superb.

When we got there the WIFI was losing its internet connection so during our evening stay up until morning we did not have internet.

Superb

Almost everything. The host and security men are very friendly. Facility is convenient. 28th floor bay view is perfect.

A few cockroaches made it a bit annoying, though we understand that it is common problem in Manila. In the other place we stayed, a simple solution of a few killer blocks glued to lower corners could solve it easily.

This room is a SCAM! Beware!

Very close to all the touristy sites of Intramuros, MOA, Star City, etc. Security guards and room keeper were polite and helpful.

Room has no ventilation, the AC is poor, the shower heater breaks down randomly, the fridge doesn't work that well, everything there was dirty, the room had no microwave despite claiming it had one in the description and when we requested one, it broke down after 1 day and we had to request another one. But the absolute worst part? The room is full of cockroaches, they're hiding in the walls, behind the stove, behind the fridge, wandering through the cupboards, it was terrible. This room is unsafe for living and hugely overpriced and mediocre.

It was good! Still planning to go back!

The unit has the best view of Manila Bay and the sunset. Has good location as in the center. The water heater is working properly. There is a pool and gym which you can reserve privately but we was not able to use it as we have been busy at work and exploring outside. The Staffs and guards are all approachable and smiling.

Some of the areas are dusty, and has small cockroaches so my foreigner bf didn’t like it. The electric kettle didn’t work but the staff has replaced it. The AC for me is not that cold tho maybe because of 35degree outside. There is no dryer but it’s fine it’s not on the listing anyway. The elevator is shaking, but maybe it’s just me. Know that beddings are not being replaced on a week of stay and garbages are also not collected.

Very good

Staff are friendly and helpful especially the security guards. The rooms are spacious for us. It's so helpful that we have acess to 2 shower rooms and toilets. And we love the location. We were allowed to leave our things too beyond the checkout time.

The room was opened on our second day while we were out. Though the room was not cleaned and the staff just changed the electric kettle we're using. I didn't see any urgency in doing that. There were small cockroaches in one of the rooms.

wasn’t good but important is I sleep and rest

location was good . the host came late been waiting for an hour. I travelled 13hrs and was so tired. I expected to get rest when I arrived but was disappointed. they doesn’t know what to do. the bathroom was dirty and the aircon isn’t working. no tissue . but still thank u for the mangoes as complimentary . no drinking water

Eton Baypark Nice

The unit is so clean and with welcome free mangoes upon our arrival. Very accommodating staff and admin. Place was clean and very near at the park and attractions. The owner was very accommodating.

No bidet but they have toilet tissues. We didn't use the teapot bcuz of the outlet was flat type while the teapot outlet was round socket overall a place to stay and comfortable to relax.

Very poor

Location and the handyman was nice.

Wasn't ready for me at check in time, had to wait 1.5 hours. Room i booked had non working wifi, appliance and dirty. So they downgraded me to one with working wifi. The room is old and dirty, the AC was unadjustable, sounded like a engine.

The unit was nice. All the appliances for cooking are available. The air-conditioning was working properly. Bathroom heater. Comfy bed and sofa. Wifi connection. Quiet place. Near some of Manila's best attractions.

No bidet and there was just one roll of tissue paper. The bathroom was kinda dark. No cable. The air-conditioner and refrigerator can make disturbing sounds. Parking is not guaranteed.

Not really worth the stay, but still a good location!

The place is close to Manila’s scenic landmarks.

it was still an ideal place to stay and still worth it

It was close to a lot of attractions like mall of asia, manila ocean park, star city etc, visitor can cook and store food in refrigerator, complete kitchen tools and equipment

No bidet, hot shower works only when we are about to leave the unit, noisy aircon, having a hard time opening/closing the door using the provided key, sagging couch, small cockroaches, no free parking
