Location and security excellent

The apartment was excellent. Very quiet and secure. The support was excellent. Had an issue with one of the aircon units which was sorted out immediately I contacted the owner. Small bar next door with grocery stores and 7/11 a few yards away. Taxi costs were 50 to 60 baht to the beach and central Pattaya. The Big C extra supermarket was within easy walking distance.

The apartment was very clean, the owner was kind, always available, did everything for us to be satisfied, was very flexible with our every request, we are very satisfied! The location is far from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to go out and hang out.

there was a couple things in the room that were nearly broke and not as up together as they could have been. checking out nobody came to meet me after arranging 2 times to meet

Security and the apartment itself were excellent. I had a couple of minor issues which were resolved within hours which was brilliant. I have stayed there many times and will continue to do so. Picking up the keys and lift cards was easy and everything went very smoothly.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I like this small condominium because it’s located in a peaceful place and not overcrowded. Flat is comfy and well furnished (except for kitchen ans dishes wares). Roof swimming-pool is a must.

No hot water but do you really need hot water in Pattaya?

Comfortable and spacious single room apartment, it looks exactly like the photo. Internet was an issue in the beginning but the host fixed it within a day, which I am very grateful. There's a gym, sauna, swimming pool on the top floor with a great view of the vicinity. Big C supermarket and 7-Eleven is 3 minutes walk away.

When I first arrived some part of the apartment wasn't cleaned carefully, and there was some issue with the hot water not working.

Communication and response excellent as always. Washing machine and tv great.

Nothing to dislike

I liked the separate bedroom from sitting room and had own washing machine place was great loved it. Well worth the money.

No hot water from the shower and mattress was a little hard for my self other than that place was spot and would defo stay again.

Comfortable flat in a peaceful area. Supermarkets and shops all around. Nice swimming-pool at the top of the building.

Nothing, as usual!

Owner and agent were quick to reply and most helpful. It's a good location if you want to stay away from the noise and bright lights of Pattaya's nightlife, such as it is at the moment. There are two major supermarkets -- Big C Extra and Foodland -- nearby.

Due to having back problems because of the mattress during a previous stay in a similar unit, the owner was happy to supply a mattress topper. It helped quite a bit but my back was still not happy. Don't know why. The portable wi-fi unit was not so good but, frankly, internet service in Pattaya overall is rather unstable -- based on years of residency. I used my speedy DTAC phone internet the whole time. Anyway, my stay was short but I was very happy with my overall experience.

Outstanding service by the host. When I had a problem, it was solved super quickly. She even drove me to the bus station. I strongly recommend this property.

The one downside was the mattress. I ended up with increasing backache. But that just could be my personal issue.
