Nice studio in the heart of the city. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Studio was well equipped, the hosts were very helpful.

After taking a shower it was difficult to clean up the water.

There is a striptease bar located just next door with all sorts of suspicious people hanging in front of the place day and night - Away from the beach ⁃ The bathroom of the room I booked is actually outside of the room itself, in a halfway shared with another room. That fact is not explicitly mentioned in the room description. - Rooms are much smaller than the size described on booking.com - this actually used to be a single apartment which is now divided into single rooms . Building itself is very dated and there is a smell of mold everywhere. ⁃ Extremely small sink - all the water pours on your feet when you try to wash your face ⁃ No additional toilet paper ⁃ No cable TV (only 6 channels available)

The location is superb - walking distance from everything of interest in the city, great restaurants and cafes nearby. The host was very friendly and shared very helpful tips on places to visit. The room has a terrace where you can have your coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The room is airconditioned, but even without it it does not get too hot despite the relatively high floor. There is an elevator at the property which is very convenient when you have to carry your luggage.

The direct surrounding streets could be cleaner, but this is something which the host of this property could hardly improve.

Didn't like how really small the bathrooms were, and the AC location in one of the rooms was strangely placed above our bed heads and it was too cold to turn it on at all when we were laying. Also the toilet was leaking from the back so it made the whole corridor smell bad. There was no additional toilet paper.
