Excellent location and very good experience overall.

Perfect location, very central, very close (5-10 minutes walk) to everything, including shops, tourist attractions, museums, the White Tower, etc. The apartment was very large and nice, with all necessary equipment in the kitchen.

The elevator is a bit small and oldish.

Great clean and comfortable stay in the heart of Thessaloniki

Perfect location in amongst the great shops, cafes & restaurants! Clean & tidy place

Terrible phone coverage when attempting to make a phone call. Lucky there was decent wifi or else it would have been a total blackspot Needs to be addressed for instances where an emergency may be required.

Exceptional

Great location in an upmarket area of Thessaloniki. Apartment is very clean, spacious, good facilities and building has an elevator. Nikos was very easy to communicate with and generously let us check out later because we had a late flight. I would definitely stay there again

Fine!

So, now I'm taking the time for a review... We stayed in the apartment for three days at Easter and had a mostly positive impression. The keys were handed over via safe (on the outside of the building) without any problems. The Flat is located on the 5th floor, where a (bit to tight) lift headed to. In our case, 2 people with hand luggage, there was just enough space, but with a large suitcase it might be a bit difficult. Opening the door of the apartment is a little tricky because you have to pull the doorknob towards YOU to open the door easily. The furnishings in the spacious apartment were satisfactory, there were no traces of mold to be found in the damp rooms and a good night's sleep was guaranteed. For our taste, the pillows was too hard and rather uncomfortable, but that is of course a subjective opinion. We never met the host Nikos in person, but communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly as the Wi-fi did as well. The location itself is superb, out of the house, right twice, over the Street (be careful!) and you're on the promenade where can take a wonderful stroll along the sea... A lot of sights are within walking distance without much effort (White Tower, Galerius Arch, Kapani Market, Ladakia and many more…) We were definitely happy with our accommodation and really enjoyed Thessaloniki.

During our three-day stay we didn't really find anything worth criticizing.

It was basically acceptable.

A real crowded downtown apartment, I recommended it for young people. The owner was very helpful. The location of the apartement is excellent 100 meters from the beach promenade.

There is no parking anywhere, we spent a lot of time constantly moving our car around. Parking garages are very expensive and are closed on weekends.

We had a great time!

Location, Location, location. Right in the middle of everything, without being noisy or disruptive. The apartment had everything as advertised.

The parking available is a public car park about 5 minute walk - which is fine. It involves extra pay of course. That being said - it was very effecient to park there, and to get the car out at 6 am when we needed it to continue our trip.

Very good

The apartment is very nice and very well equiped. Location is great - in walking distance to everything you need to see. Communication with the host was great. We didn’t meet him in person, we communicated via viber and everything was ok.

The lack of natural light. It is pretty dark, but considering there is building in every 3 meters I guess it is normal. The bathroom can be updated, but everything works fine. There was a renovation in one of the apartments in the building and it was pretty noisy, especially in the morning.

Fabulously places to stay and location!!

The location location...walked everything was near apartment.....museum, white tower, port, restaurants,...GREAT area to be. The Nikos was fabulous suggesting places to go whenever I asked question he would respond quickly. No complains!!

Like home & the best service

There is everything you need in the apartment - like home. Excellent location - close to the sea, restaurants and shops. Nikos - the best master of the house, the best service! We got a early check-in and l late check-out for free . Also Nikos solved very quickly our problem with forgotten key inside the apartments(yep, we was a bit stupid). Thank you!

We like literally everything about this apartment, the list is pretty long but here are just a few things: 1) The location is unbeatable 2) Apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean 3) There are 2 balconies, on both sides of the apartment 4) Mattress is comfortable, very good night sleep 5) Well equipped kitchen with all things you might need 6) Excellent and reliable WiFi 7) Plenty of towels 8) The owner Nikos is very helpful and responsive 9) There are 2 air conditioners in the flat, one in living room and another in the bedroom, which is important in the summer...and many other things.

Amazing place, amazing location. Everything is really close, walking distance from the city center, sea side, and lots of bars and tavernas. For absolute recommendation. The place is spaceous, clean, comfy.
