Wir hatten einen unglaublich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Apartments sind alle modern und gut durchdacht eingerichtet, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Jeden Morgen wird zudem durch die Gastgeberin Iva Frühstück serviert, wobei es alles mögliche gab, was man in "größeren" Hotels auch erwarten würde.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Gastfreundschaft von Iva. Sie war bei all unseren Fragen stets sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben auch tolle Tipps von ihr bezüglich Restaurants und Aktivitäten bekommen.
Die Lage des Apartments ist ebenfalls super, man ist in circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß in Rovinj. Das Auto kann man bei dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen.
Wir werden dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir noch einmal nach Rovinj kommen.

the room was beautiful and comfortable. view was great!! easy walk to the old town and beaches. parking on site meant we could leave the car parked and walk or bike. would stay again very happily. 🤗
hot water didn't quite get hot enough for a really great shower. my only complaint.

Spacious, 2-bdrm, 2 bathroom apartment with large kitchen. Since each bedroom has a pull-out couch, the apartment sleeps up to 6 people. Great communication with friendly host who had complimentary water, juice and fruit ready for our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Our apartment did not come with a terrace, but there are some units that have one (which is nice in the evening).
Parking is available on the property which is a bonus since parking spots are difficult to find close to the historic center of Rovinj. From the apartment, we walked into town in 10 to 15 min.

Comfortable beds.

AC only present in one room, don't forget to leave the rooms open and run the AC on high in the evening before going to bed (we turn it off at night) - not a problem unless you are an AC maniac !
A terrace would have been nice for the evenings if we hadn't spent all our time outside.
City center is a short walking distance (10/15 minutes) and the way back is uphill, we don't mind but be aware if you have problems walking.

Great host giving us recommendations, close to the old town of Rovinj (max. 10 mins on foot), but with free parking on premises. Comfortable apartment with two good sized bedrooms each with is own bathroom. Huge living, kitchen and dining in one space. Lovely terraces.
No problem for us, but note that the apartment is on the second floor, with stairs.

Great hosts who had patience for all our questions. Beautiful and spacious apartment with a very nice view. Location was great. Available and safe parking space. The kitchen was well equipped. Oh, and a dog is super cute!

Everything was perfect, the apartman was even better than we expected. We could park our minibus easly in front of the house; each bedroom has a private bathroom which was great as 2 couples; a huge living room with dining area and 2 terraces as well. The city centre is 10 minutes away; the beaches are little bit further, the closest one is 15 minutes on foot. Our host was super helpful and we loved the family dog.
It wasn't even a big problem, but maybe a little bit more cleaning stuff in the kitchen like extra trash bags or paper towels would be great :)
