also stayed in their other location. that one i liked more: had airoco, more central area this location also more outdated no airco or van

Small city hotel with no particular charm but very correct and comfortable. Good value for money.

The room I was assigned had nothing special, but it was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and clean. I had a very large bed with a convenient mosquito net, in addition to a desk, a chair, a small sofa, a closet, a TV and A/C. I was provided with two bottles of cold water and an electric kettle to make tea or instant coffee. The bathroom was very big and clean too. It had liquid soap inside the shower and near the sink. The staff at the front desk was kind and welcoming.

The breakfast was not incredible. I was given instant coffee instead of "real" coffee, and the food had nothing special. But it was ok. The only thing that was slightly annoying is that upon checking in, the front desk wanted to know exactly at what time I would come down for breakfast, and when I didn't show up at that time in the morning, they came and knocked on my door to tell me it was time, although it was just 9 am.

Superb

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff very helpful. Beds comfortable.

I mailed three times with the hotel about the airport pick up. They were there but with a small car even though we were with seven people and luggage and I told them that three times. So it didn’t fit.

Great place to stay. Comfy, quiet and the food is excellent.

The staff is really helpful and sympathic. You feel welcome. The restaurant's food is so good! The room are spacious and well maintained. Nothing fancy just a good comfy and quiet room.

Air conditioning worked well, which is essential in the Mombasa heat. Staff is also very friendly.

The shower head in my room had a crack in it, so water comes haphazardly out of the top instead of the bottom, making for a difficult shower experience. This is compounded by the drain being very backed up, so you can only shower briefly before stopping. Also someone else's hair was on the bathroom wall. I had no issues with mosquitoes, but the mosquito net does not go all the way around the bed - not sure what the point is.

Good value for a short stay

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel feels safe, the staff are very nice, good indian restaurant downstairs. Good value for a few days in Mombasa for a business trip.

The streets around the hotel don't feel very safe especially at night but I guess this is the same anywhere in Mombasa.

Nice place to stay!

The staff were polite and attentive, size of the room was decent, bed was clean and comfortable, good selection of food and choices for breakfast from their restaurant. Take my advice, book this place!

No hot water to shower with, no electronic safe in the room. Tuk-tuk or Uber needed.

A very well-serviced and clean hotel, perfect stay when I arrived in Mombasa.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, good shower, luxurious breakfast and kind employees. I booked an airport transfer with the hotel and the driver was waiting for me, on time, drove very safe. I felt comfortable at all times.

Great staff, central location, filling breakfast, and amazing air conditioning

The staff at Armaan exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated the central location of Armaan, and every TukTuk driver will know exactly where you are staying. The breakfast every morning was great and very filling, and the air conditioning in the rooms really made my stay perfect. I really enjoyed my stay at Armaan!

Beautiful, clean place to stay, close to downtown and airport.

This was a super nice place; very clean and professional. The room was spacious and had a fridge which was awesome, and also the wifi was very good. The restaurant was very accommodating for us considering we were some of their only guests. I saw some reviews saying the road to the hotel was bad, but it was well-paved the whole way for me. The location was also perfect for us; close to downtown but also close to the airport.

The restaurant doesn't serve alcohol, and there is technically no drinking alcohol in the room in case that affects you.
